Smoke 4 Less

Hold onto your wallets if you enter this store. Better yet, read the negative reviews here, believe them, and save your money and sanity and don’t even go in. These boys are downright crooks. There are 2 boys working the counter. As I am forced to engage with them, I realize that they are both wannabe «goombas» (wannabe gangsters). They remind me of 2 punk kids featured on «The Rockford Files» several years back. 2 greasy Italian kids with Brooklyn accents that were nothing but uneducated street urchins, that wanted so badly to be relevant. Very funny characters actually. I nicknamed the 2 counter boys at Smoke 4 Less «Dumb and Dumber» ;)
The negative reviews here all seem to be spot on. In addition, this store has 3 (amateurishly written) «positive» reviews that Unilocal has «hidden». That means that Unilocal knows these are phony reviews, written by either the business owner or his/​her friends.
I stopped at this store because I was driving by and I saw a huge sign that said «Pall Mall $ 3.65 per pack» (yes the sign is that big that you can see and read it while driving by). Pall Malls are on sale all over town, so I had no reason to believe that this store is a fraud (as I soon found out). I planned on buying at least 1 carton (10 packs).
I say to Goomba #1 «$ 3.65 a pack for Pall Mall?». He says «Yes». Goomba #2 says «$ 4.50 a pack». I say «But the sign says «$ 3.65 a pack». Goomba #1 says «$ 3.65 plus tax». I say «I know the price is plus tax. But tax on $ 3.65 is about 36 cents. $ 4.50 isn’t right». I feel like we may have made a breakthrough here, and this sale just might happen. At that point Goomba #2 chimes in with (something like) «We’re forced to keep that sign up». I say «And?» … «So how much are Pall Malls?» (and I start to tune out at this point). One of the goombas says «$ 4.50». I ask (just for fun at this point) «Before or after tax?». «Before tax». I ask «So why does the sign say $ 3.65 a pack?». One of the goombas says (something like) «I don’t know». After a few more equally ridiculous exchanges, I left the store, NEVER EVER TO RETURN. And neither should you.
These boys are dumber than the Dumb and Dumber movie boys! But unfortunately, the Smoke 4 Less boys are crooks, unlike the characters in the movie. And yes, these boys are quite adept at the art of «sh*t talking». Based on the reviews here, I can only imagine the mountains of sh*t talking these boys do when the poor sap customers who are sold broken vape goods try to exchange them.
Pall Malls have been on sale ALL OVER TOWN for the past several months (and still are). I have bought them in at least a dozen different stores/​gas stations. Not a single scam operation… until this Smoke 4 Less. Stay away! You’ve been warned.

Awesome spot. Everybody is down to earth and know exactly what they are doing. Great people. I tell people all the time u need vape or anything else tobacco related that this is the spot to hit up.

So i walk in because i was heading to the TKD studio near this shop. It caught my eye because it seemed pretty big for the type of shop that it is. I walk in and the costumer service was good from the 1^st minute til the end. They had a great selection of items and accessories for all my smoking/​vaping needs. Everyone in there was really cool and knowledgeable and made it a pleasant experience. Keep it going guys!!! Good stuff!

This has to be the best little smoke shop in LA. Prices are competitive and everyone there knows their stuff. If they don’t have your favorite smokey thing just tell them and they’ll order it. Friendly knowledgeable stuff and great prices makes this place my new regular place for my hookah supplies.

This place is a joke! Walked I n for e liquid which they had a descent variety, reasonable priced. A month layer I went back to re-​purchase. The owner bumped up the price of the e liquid not to mention ½ did not have lprinted abels & the seal was broken on the one I was about to purchase. I quickly sat it down on the glass counter then walked out. Also the owner has horrible customer service. He stayed on the phone the entire time while I was in the store. Cigarettes are over priced. My husband smokes American Spirits (bold) turquoise pack. This place sells them for $ 8.50. A llocal smoke shop on Slauson/​West Blvd sells them $ 6. No place in Windsor Hills can beat this price.

I am currently disputing a charge with my credit card after receiving BROKEN merchandise from this store. When I went to exchange the broken merchandise they sold me, the tall guy with the glasses that works there proceeded too honor my request, only to realize that ALL there vapes for my particular battery were BROKEN. Then the guy proceeds to tell me that there is nothing that he can do and my only option is to come back in a week or 2 and see if they have anymore vapes that are not BROKEN in stock. Like are you kidding me??? At VERY least offer a store credit or something!!!
I finally got so frustrated that I left the broken POS they sold me on there counter and kindly informed the genius working that i would be contacting my credit card company simply behind the principle of the matter.
This is a shady company, owned by CROOKS.

Where do I start… I go to buy myself tobacco and nicotine free hookah oil with the electronic pen. I asked the guy where are your tobacco and nicotine free hookahs. He shows me and let me try it and I questioned why is my throat burning? He says it only the first Puff. So I go home and read the ingredients it has nicotine. So I go back to him and he said no refunds. He insisted that it does not have nicotine and that’s just the label. I told him the law requires you list the ingredients. Then he took the oil but not the pen. I’m ok with that but he aspirated the oil from my pen am replaced it on the shelf. I will never go back there again!!! When I expressed that is not hygienic he got mad at me. Ugj

I have been frequenting this spot for a while. The owner and worker there are very friendly. Cool prices and also people from a rival smoke shop come here to stick up on cigars for their lockers… but all in out a very nice spot to for your smoking needs (cigars, cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, blunt wraps)

DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM HERE. My vape wires broke and burned up the whole battery. They would not fix or replace. A big waste of money. No store policy is posted. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE. Low quality, over priced and bad customer service. Narek is the only helpful employee here.
