Very poor customer service, they will send your clothes away all mess up, and then deny it. This is among one of the worst I have seen in a long time, sould be close down.

The owner is extremely rude. Maybe if she took off the leather pants, high heel shoes, layers of makeup and hanging gold Versace belt and put on some appropriate clothing for the environment. She would be a nicer person when addressing customers and our complaints. I had a large order, one of my shirts was missing and they gave me someone else’s shirt. Them claimed my order was shorten, but they gave me someone else’s shirt by mistake. I told the manager my reciept said 15 shirts, I rec’d 15, but 1 wasn’t mine. So, I’m missing a shirt. She accused me of lying and stated several times that she trusted her employee and her memory. GTFOH!!! When I stated they were losing a good customer, she laughed and said I would be back because no one can beat their prices…

The female manager was unbelievably rude. I brought in 2 dresses to have repaired. One needed hem, the other a zipper. The dress with the zipper –when she returned it was missing the hem. The full piece of thread was still hanging where it had been unraveled. She wanted to charge me for an hem.

Been coming here for 25 years, your neighborhood friendly cleaners with affordable prices and great cleaning! Everyone there is really nice, and takes great if you! Must try this place!

I came to this cleaners a couple times and twice I saw where the young lady charged me the wrong amount. BEWARE: CHECK YOUR PRICING! Instead of 6 items it was 5, instead of 4 items it was 3. She just said she was sorry and fixed it. I believe many people will have the same concern. Also I gave her a shirt to clean. I arrived to pick it up and it was’t clean. She said that it was missing buttons so they didn’t clean it. I asked why she didn’t contact me. She said she forgot :(They clean the items good but I don’t want to feel I am getting cheated or being overcharged. I don’t think I will continue going there. Thank you.

Trying another cleaners with the same name and prices. But different owners. When I dropped my dress off. The lady greeting me and thanked me. So far so good. I will give you a update once. I pickup My dry cleaning

Our family cleaners. We drive 15 – 20 minutes just to bring our clothes here. They do a great job with our clothes.

The prices are alright I suppose, there is limited parking on this little hill thingy lol, and there was this one time they stitched my pants completely wrong. I’m talking thread still hanging when I picked them up. *evil stare*
However there are some great things about this place. The service has always been great, my clothes have always been cleaned properly and there was this one other time when I needed my dress back almost immediately for a party and they totally looked out for me!
Not worthy of 4 stars, but they can get a smoooove 3!

Run as fast as you can !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! The Owner will insult you if you report your clothe missing or not properly cleaned. He made his female employee cry in front of me.

I came here on the 2^nd of Feb. and had to wait a bit longer than expected due to the ONLY customer in line in front of me having a discrepancy with her cleaning order. Then they tell me that half my order is ready because it was all supposed to be ready at 6… It’s 3:45… The majority was ready but that immediately let me know that they wait until the last minute of the due date to finish your order. Not really happy with that… But, oh well. A little let down but… I’m glad I at least least found this out when I did. (2÷2÷2011)

The times I have gone here I’ve never had any issues with them, my clothes always comes out nice and clean!
