First Impression Limousine Service

The worst impression limo service is what they should call themselves. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up which made us 30 minutes late for my event. The driver was confused and did not know which way to go. The diver got on the wrong freeway and as we were in route I called the company to complain they offered me a full refund. And then later on when I call to ask for my refund they denied ever telling me that over the phone. They are rude and unprofessional. The limo was old and busted they had old looking drinks in dirty glass bottles which looked like poison and the car was dirty. Horrible way to run a business this company will never succeed.

Do not book with this company. Worst experience ever. Not only were they an hour and a half late the car looked like it was in a wreck. Windows didn’t work, door handles were broken. And to top it off it was suppose to come with a fully stocked bar which it didn’t. They said they had prom the night before that’s why there wasn’t any alcohol.

Excellent service! Friendly. driver…clean limo tht was fully stocked… Owner was polite and very organized with pick up and drop off.times. My. friends and I had a blast… great night celebrating brothers bday. with the reasonable rates, would definitely.use.service.again !!

WARNING! If you are considering using this limo service, Don’t! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a limo service. When we stepped into the limo it was not the size we had booked for our wine tasting event, we were cramped and one guest ended up sitting on the floor. The drivers driving was fast and scary. We also found half filled shot glasses in the limo. They could have taken more time to clean up the limo. Very unprofessional!

My Prom group needed a limo service last minute because our initial service canceled on us. We called First Impression and gave us a good price for a Party Bus for 20 people. The driver arrived on time, but didn’t know where she was going. She was using her phone while driving to find directions to our destination. The Party Bus did not have good air conditioning (it was warm), it was small (two people were hanging off the seats at the end as everyone tried to squeeze in), the speakers were small and ripped, beverages were warm with melted ice, and because I thought it would be safer I decided to give step by step directions to the driver to get her off the GPS on her phone.

Wow. Worse service in America. The owner is extremely rude and lack business ethics. I can’t believe how they are still open for business. Smh

My first time ever using a limo service and oh I wished I read these reviews before I used their service. Everything everyone has posted hit the nail right on the head. I wanted to surprise my girls for their birthday with a limo service. I specifically told the owner I had 3 pick-​up locations and 1 drop off for 8pm. He assured me the driver would be there between 7:45 & 8… Well he wasn’t. 8 o’clock comes… Nothing. By 8:10 the driver calls and says he’s at the drop off location & that was the first address given to him by his boss. He apologizes and makes his way to me by 8:30 and I had to tell him which address he was suppose to go to next. Mind you he’s breaking hard at the lights and I’m just slipping and sliding around in the back.
Anyway, we make it to our destination late, and when we’re ready to go he says my card is declined, so I tell him run it again and he says his boss says its declined again, but he can take me to the ATM. I say whatever and we get the money out the ATM (mind you I used the same card that was supposedly «declined»). It was $ 230.50 and I gave him $ 240 and asked him for my damn change. My girls get dropped off and I’m the last one and I remind the driver which house mine was and still he drops me 2 houses down.
Now with all that said I called 4 days later just to let them know my concerns, not to get a refund or a percentage off on another service. The owner praises his driver by saying he’s been working for him for 20 years and I’m the first one to complain about him. I told him he went to the wrong address, he says «no I gave him the correct address» reciting mine first then he talks mess bout my card being declined. What the F*%#!!! And you got paid with that same declined card too! And get this he calls the driver on 3-​way like I’m supposed to be scared to repeat what I just said… UM NO! The driver goes about how he did get the wrong address first to his phone and the owner kept blaming it on the driver’s phone instead of apologizing to me. Plus the driver never told his boss that he was late picking me up, so they’re arguing back and forth and then he hangs up the phone.
Now I did not know this was a black owned company but hell this is exactly why we can’t mature in business because we don’t know how to talk to people and don’t know how to take criticism. IM GOOD!!!

I used this company for my daughter’s quinceanera in October, 2012. The party bus was NOT the one pictured on their website but was an old transit authority shuttle… an AWFUL FIRST IMPRESSION! The music had static and the sound system was awful! My husband rode with the kids to the church and he said the only thing it would be good for is a drunk fest where you didn’t care what the vehicle looked like (inside and out)! The driver, however, was nice enough. I called and complained to the owner and he said, «everyone uses those party buses.» Bull sh**! He told me that he would credit me $ 100.00 for my disappointment and complaint. I have never received the credit and when I call and leave a message asking about it, I don’t receive a call back. Not exactly the best customer service.
Don’t use this company for a party bus. You will be disappointed!

I wish I had read these reviews before I rented the limo from this company. THEY WERE TERRIBLE and we were ripped off. I would not recommend this company, in fact I would run far far away.
They were over an hour late and gave us a run down party bus instead of a limo. Even though it was promised and paid for, the limo had NO alcohol. It was hardly the experience I had imagined for my 30^th birthday. The driver had no idea where we were going, and was terrible with directions.
If I could give zero stars I would.

The worst limosine service ever!!! They showed up almost 45 minutes late. We ordered a limo but they sent us a party bus that was ghetto with no AC (and it was over 100 degrees in the middle of August) and loose trash bags full from a previous party that was spilling all over the place when we were driving. The driver couldn’t figure out how to get to Long Beach Harbor even after we sat with him giving him detailed directions where we wanted to go. We finally arived near our destination and had to walk the rest of the way. After all that we called the company to let them know that we didn’t get what we ordered and what the problems we were. They told us not to worry and that there would be a limo waiting for us when we went home. They sent a different party bus with the same driver that couldn’t figure out how to operate the vehicle or get us home. We sat in the dark with engine running and asphyxiating fumes for almost 20 minutes before he figured out how to turn the lights on. We finally left to go home and all of a sudden the bus doors right next to me open and I almost fell out of the bus on the freakin’ freeway. About ten minutes later the bus driver pulled off the freeway and stopped at a gas station for almost a half an hour trying to call his boss to figure out where he was and where he was going. I know I’m bad with directions, but cum on my I Phone can do better than this! Finally we get home and then the driver asks my boyfriend to call him and gives my boyfriend his number. If I didn’t experience it I wouldn’t believe a company could be so unprofessional. Oh, and it doesn’t stop here. My friend left her phone in the bus and they didn’t want to give it back. They told her they looked but couldn’t find it and they sent their bus out for cleaning which was a total lie because I Phones have trackers! The bus was sitting right where they parked it at some ghetto hotel… Anyway she called them out on it and set up a time to get her phone back. The owners came running out of the hotel room at the time they agreed on to meet her. The whole thing seemed shady.
Just one more thing, after reading some other peoples bad experiences… Yours will most definitely be the same if you use this company. They are horrible. I evened wondered if we were going to make it home safe.

I have used this limousine service many times trying to be supportive of Black business. Most of my experiences have been good but my two party bus experiences have been horrible. Both times the buses have been late and both times the air conditioner has not worked. The first time this happened we were compensated by being given a free party bus ride to anywhere that we wanted to go. Which turned out to be a great day. So I decided to take a chance and book again for my Bachelorette party to Vegas. I called the owner personally and asked for two things and two things only. I asked him to please be on time and to please make sure the air conditioner worked. I told him that this party was very important to me.
The driver was early for pick up and he was great, however the air conditioner did not work. It was over 100 degrees outside and over 80 degrees inside. The driver was dripping wet and so were we. Both the driver and I called the owner and we were told that the air conditioning system was brand new and that it was hot inside because it was so hot outside. We were told a different bus would pick us up with a better working air conditioner.
The ride home was worse. The owner picked us up 47 minutes late in the same bus. The ride home was miserable and everyone had an attitude especially the driver who had been given more than a few choice words. I still tipped him for his time and effort but I was very disappointed in the service and I will never put my friends or family through another experience with First Impression Limousine Service again. Very sad.

First Impression should change their name to «Bad Impression». Let’s put it this way, I am happy that I survived the ride!
The company was used to transport 15 people to Las Vegas in a party bus. The bus itself was a bit outdated and had trouble arriving on time. On the way to Vegas, I noticed warm air blowing through the air conditioner — not good. We were told that this was as good as it will get. I can be fair and say it was about 100 degrees outside, but the 6 hour ride was 85 degrees inside. The «bar» inside was an under the seat ice chest with waters and sodas. I don’t remember any alcohol other than cheap Burnett vodka and nothing beyond that. So that part of the party was lackluster. The party bus had a TV and radio system, both which did work.
However, the ride was so hot that it detracted from the party bus experience. We were practically rationing out ice cubes to beat the heat and had to stop multiple times for an air conditioning break. In hindsight, I wished the company acknowledged the air conditioning/​ventilation situation and urged against taking this bus for an extended trip. The heat would have made it uncomfortable for a 40 minute trip, especially with so many bodies inside.
For the ride back, we arranged for the company to pick-​up two hours earlier so that we can beat the prime heat period of the day. The bus was almost an hour late. Luckily we did not have a show or event that had a specific start time or else we would have been screwed. The driver first said he was on the way, then «I’m trying the best I can» but at the end of the day, he’s is showing up almost an hour late to work. This is frankly unacceptable.
Bottom line — I cannot recommend this company due to their extreme tardiness in pick up and drop off and I would not take any of their vehicles anyplace with warm weather. You will be suffering. Also, knowing the performance of the party bus air conditioners, I cannot say you can trust that they will recommend the right vehicle for your party’s needs, for the right type of ride. I felt that they were unreliable. Take your money elsewhere.
Third world trafficked refugees get more comfortable transportation accommodations than this. Where is Kofi Annan and the UN envoys when you really need them?!

This guy is a joke. Horrible business manners and definately would never use! After reading reviews I am glad I didn’t use his service, as I would probably be upset having to give him even one star too.

Wow, had I Unilocaled this before booking our limo for the airport, I probably would’ve changed my mind. But, to be honest, I’m glad I didn’t.
George showed up a few minutes early, but was happy to wait as we scrambled to gather our luggage. We were leaving from my parents place in Glendale, and headed to Burbank Airport (I’m actually writing this from here, as our plane is delayed by two hours).
We had more bags than we thought, but he was nice enough to find space for everything. With only six of us inside, we had plenty of space. I won’t say the limo was fully stocked like limos usually are for weddings, but the coolers had ice, soda and the cups/​glasses were are still clean and unused. There was also scotch (?) and gin (?) but none of us had any (thank god).
I guess tip is included when you purchase, which we paid $ 65 for 6 people for the airport trip (substantially cheaper than what the aiport shuttle would’ve cost us) but since George was so nice and accomodating we tipped him another $ 30.
I would recommend this, in our circumstance, for prompt and punctual airport shuttle usage. We were discussing using this for our wedding next year, but looks like I should have a few more trial runs to see if today was the outlier instance, or the other reviewers’ scenarios were.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — IF YOU DO, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! This was the absolute WORST limo experience I have ever had! I can’t even believe Unilocal made me give it a star.
The company assured me there would be a fully-​stocked limo available at 6:30pm to pick us up. I changed the time to 7:00pm. The owner, Shannon, said the driver would arrive between 6:45 and 7:00. At 5 after 7 I rang to see where the driver was and Shannon assured me he was 10 minutes away. At 7:30 (now we’re late) I called again and Shannon said he’d be there in 5 minutes. At 7:45 I called again to tell him how ridiculous this was and he said he would add an extra ½ hour on the end at no cost. Gimme a break!
At 8:25 (ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE!) the driver showed up, halfway down the street in front of the wrong place. He didn’t get out to open the door until he realized I couldn’t get in because the door was locked. (WHUT!!!) When I got into the limo, it was FILLED WITH TRASH. No — I am not kidding! It was disgusting! Used cups, napkins and empty cans were everywhere and there was NO stocked bar, NO ice, not even a wine bottle opener!
We were all very late for the event and the whole thing was an awful, unnecessary fiasco! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — IF YOU DO, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I booked with this company for my friends bachelorette party in Oxnard. When they were 10 minutes late, I called the company and was told they would call the driver and get back to me. 10 minutes later, they called back and said the driver hit some traffic and was «getting to the Oxnard area and is10 minutes away.» They were not apologetic in any way and just said it was unavoidable. 20 minutes later, when the driver still had not arrived, I called again. Once again, the owner called the driver, and called me 15 minutes later and said the driver was just getting to Camarillo, which means they were still a half hour away! And they were already 45 minutes late! I called Eva’s limousine and they were able to get there with a fully stocked bar and an awesome limo driver within 45 minutes. When he told me this, he did not apologize in any way, and said «The driver left with plenty of time to get there. This was totally unavoidable.» I’m sorry, but I drive all over LA in rush hour traffic and have never been late to a meeting. There is ALWAYS traffic in LA, I would assume a professional driving service would plan around this. When I replied «Are you f-​ing kidding me!!!» the owner flipped out on me and told me I needed an attitude adjustment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are TERRIBLE.

FIRST IMPRESSION LIMOUSINE, this place should be called worst impression limo, this is by far the worst limo service in the world, i have no idea how they been in busniess for 12 years their driver suck not sure how his allow to drive, and when i call just to give my experience the owner was just not having it he told me that they are always right and did not wanted to hear what i had to say and just click on me WORST dont event call to get there price just go with a nother company.

This is a Limo service with a twist. I don’t know if this is their new concept in luxury — a do-​it-​yourself Limo. We started out with an intention to party all night but ended up being navigators for a clueless driver.
On 3 different occasions, I asked him if he knew the way and he replied that he is just avoiding traffic. Avoiding traffic by driving into LA downtown on a Friday evening — this guy really knew his town.
It was my birthday and I spent the 30 minutes of the 2 hour (for a 13 mile drive) giving him turn by turn directions. When I was exasperated
at the moron’s inability to understand a left from a right, I handed over the reins to my friends who spent another 30 to get to our restaurant.
The driver even had to temerity to blame it all on his GPS and then on us saying that we didn’t give him the proper address. How precise do you want the address to be other than [Street number] [Street Name], [City]. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the lat-​lon co-​ordinates for the restaurant.
Take a cab, take the metro or just bike to wherever you want to be. Do what you want to avoid this ‘First Impression’.

Worst limousine service ever. The driver was driving a limousine for the first ever time. I doubt if he ever drove a car. He took 2 hours to get from venice beach to sunset boulevard in los angeles. The last 30 minutes we had to give him step by step directions to get a restaurant in sunset. For the first hour he went totally in the wrong direction. I think he was new in LA. We were trying to celebrate a friends bday party. But for the last hour, we ended up giving a limousine driver directions of how to get to a restaurant. When we first entered the limo, we had given him exact address. To top it all, the amateur driver had an even worse boss. He refused to agree that his driver had given the worst service ever, in fact no service at all. he blamed the gps, but a limo driver is supposed to know what he is doing, gps or no gps. That was the most dumb excuse ever. He kept saying lets work it out, and I l give you an hour free. An hour? You ruined my party. You think an hour free is going to compensate for that? I gave him the some really awesome sound bytes and insulted the driver. But I guess such people who conduct such unprofessional businesses don’t have any self respect…
We asked the driver along the way, if he was lost. He kept making excuses that he was trying to avoid an accident. The driver was so unfamiliar with the car, that he did not know how to turn on the stereo and had to call his boss to find out how to do that… some people seem to think that they will get everything for free no matter how silly their attitude is.
The first and last impression of this limo service is the same. They got a limo and dont know what to do with it. The sup could not understand a simple thing: I can take a lame gps and get lost on my own. Why the hell do I need to hire a limo and pay a premium to do that?
