Come on people. Honor your posted hours. It is 7:50 & the door is locked. No reason I shouldn’tve been able to grab the blue earrings I needed & be done in 10 min. I came here to support you, I had another option, but I’ll never make that mistake again. 8 means 8, or 8:10, depending on how you feel about your customers; it should never mean 7:50, or whatever time you actually closed it. It’s not like you have to clean a grill

I love this place! !! I really loved Caprice she was the most kind and helpful person that’s what kept me going. Unfortunately she’s not at that location and the customer service isn’t as attentive as she was but it’s not bad. They have a wide variety of everything I’ve had no problems finding hard to get items.

I usually go to the location on Manchester but they don’t carry a certain product. We were directed to this location on Centinela… so we drove about 15 minutes to get there. The store says it’s open 7 days a week from 9 – 8.
I’ve been sitting in my car for 15 minutes waiting on someone to open the doors. It’s 3pm and I see a group of women walk out nonchalantly and lock the doors back… and chit chat and tell me that they’d reopen in 30 minutes… no tee… but how is a store going to be locked during business hours without a sign posted or notice to consumers? I called the Centinela location and a nice lady made some phone calls to try to determine what was going on. Greatly appreciated but im turned off by the lack of professionalism at the Centinela location.
I love going to the Manchester location. No problems ever. And very pleasant and professional.

I seriously hate giving bad reviews but my last 2 experiences here were pretty bad. The selection here is pretty darn amazing. All the great brands are here, and they have a pretty cool selection of lashes too. The staff however.horrible. No one is in a hurry to help you, greet you or even say hello… and whats funny about that is 2 of the girls were standing at the front door when I walked in. Neither of them spoke, they just carried on in their conversation (mind you which was about how much they hated one of the managers). #tacky My previous time coming in, 3 of the girls were engaging in a conversation that was almost embarrassing. Customers shouldn’t have to wait in line listening to salesgirls using profanity and talking about things that aren’t appropriate for the workplace. To make matters worse, I had a child with me. I couldn’t get out of here fast enough! This area is full of great people. Its a shame that this is what we’re greeted while trying to support a neighborhood business.

They have a wide variety of items and the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for something they don’t carry, they will order it for you.

So far so good! When my Ladera beauty supply shut down without a warning, I came here. The inventory continues to grow. The prices are VERY good. Nothing is being given away, but they are not trying to rip you off like the nearest beauty supply in the strip mall a block away! I look forward to supporting these ladies for a good long time. I wish them much success!

So upon first entering you are bombarded with the accessories, which have been segregated by color. I LOVE THAT! While the accessories they had are not really my style, everything was priced for pocket-​pinchers. In the back was a little wig nook which was set up like a lounge area. Really cute! The far side was more of a traditional beauty supply shop with hair supplies, loose hair and cosmetics. While my own interest in hair good is fairly limited, the cosmetics selection was lackluster. They had a really good NYX Cosmetics setup, but of course all I want is a certain item and everywhere I go it is sold out. :(Not sure how up to date they are with stocking, but from the NYX display and selection of loose hair they behind the counter it doesn’t seem very often. Or maybe it was a matter of pre-​NYE sell-​out. Check it out if you like accessories.

This is a very nice place to buy hair products, clothing, bomb earrings, etc. They have from synthetic weave hair to human weave hair. They have wigs of all color. They have all color lipsticks and liners. Everything is hear. Nice people and very accommodating.
It’s kind of a foo foo looking store too.
