Chris M.

Business Owner

Chris has an extensive and diverse business background that spans corporate finance, RMBS/​ABS trading, as well as real estate development. In his most recent role, Chris worked as a financial analyst at the Trust Company of the West, an asset management firm with over $ 100 billion in assets under management. Chris reported directly to the Chief Financial officer and was responsible for coordinating several enterprise-​wide initiatives.

As an Associate at Merrill Lynch in New York, Chris analyzed, purchased, and securitized over $ 30 billion of residential mortgage loans, served as the lead analyst on several Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors securitization shelves, and was also the lead second lien analyst on the First Franklin Mortgage Company deal team, a $ 1.5 billion acquisition.

Chris is a earned his MBA at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business. He also holds a BA in Accounting from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.
