DONOTSHOPHERE !!! I ordered a TV online thinking I had found a great deal and having three months to pay it off same as cash was a great deal. The process was easy, ONLINE. Once the store had to take over and process the paperwork things became a nightmare. After submitting my app on line I was told the TV would be delivered in a week. A week later I called the store to see if a deliver date had been scheduled, I was told delivery would take longer and I could pick up the TV to get it faster. The next day I called Aaron’s to let them know I was omw to pick up the TV. I was told the application still hadn’t been checked. This is after I was told I could come in to get the TV. I wait ANOTHER week. I get a missed call and vm from Shawna that the TV is ready for delivery. I call back and ask if I can pick the TV so I can get it faster. They tell me yes and I let them know I will be in Monday. TODAY, Monday, I go in and they ask me to sit and wait. I wait… FOR A HOUR then I’m told they still haven’t processed my application completely. Again, this is the second time after I was told that the TV was ready and I could pick it up. I sat inside of Aaron’s and found a CHEAPER, much BETTERTV on . I immediately told Alton, or whatever his name is, to cancel my order. Only then was he ready to give me the TV. I told him no and proceeded to order my 50 inch smart tv for only $ 348 with 2 day shipping to my house for only $ 5(pre Xmas special I suppose). Listen, unless you are desperate, rely only on government aid, or have no better alternatives SHOPELSEWHERE !!! I am so thankful I was able to cancel because these people are totally incompetent and definitely do not know how to run a business. Buying the TV flat out saved me at the very least HUNDREDS of dollars. Save up your money or go to Rent A Center, they are even better than this sorry company !!! I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars. They did absolutely nothing at all to even deserve one.

Extremely rude. They delivered my washer and dryer and did not properly install it. When I ran the first load in my washer the entire bottom half filled up with water and spilled out all over my floor ruining all of my moving boxes filled with my things as I just moved in that same day. They were not sympathetic about the damage. When I had to reschedule to get it fixed they never gave me a time window and said that they would be back out sometime on Monday. I stayed home from work and from doing whatever it is that I needed to and they didn’t show up until 7:30PM that same day. Then they said they could not repair the issue. So as the washer continued to leak water all over my boxes I waited another day for them to show up. They said that they would be there in between 11 and 4:00PM. Given the fact that they waited until the end of their work day to come and service my item and not actually fix it I assumed that they were not going to come right at 11. I had to drop something off down the street. I got a phone call at 11:55 from them saying that they were there and no one was home I told him that I would be home very soon I asked them to wait. I got home at 12:05PM with a note on the door saying that they had came… every thing was time stamped. They could not have gotten too far within that time given the traffic that was happening around my house as to why I was late getting to them. I called them back and they said that they would not be able to turn around and come back to me that they had to stay on schedule. I would like to know when their schedule actually is. They said they waited 20 minutes. Actually they waited 10 according to the time stamp. When I called the service center and asked to speak to the person who is in charge of the entire order she was incredibly rude to me. Her name is Michelle. I explained the situation and how my machines were serviced two times and not able to be fixed. I explained how I had to wait around for two whole days missing work and anything else that I had to do because I was not given a time frame and I said to her I wasn’t sure if it would be in between 8AM or 8PM asked when you were going to get here because nobody gave me a time… she proceeded to tell me that I was crazy and that I was a liar and that none of that happened. And I said well, I was told to wait and I did and no one showed up and then the next day when I was five minutes late. I was unable to receive service she told me I was crazy again and was incredibly rude and said she didn’t know if they would be able to come and fix it at all. I would rather them come and take my washer and dryer away then to have to deal with them ever again. They were incredibly rude and insulting on the phone. When I called someone above them from their corporate office they gave me an issue number and said that I would only be able to get service after 24 hours. What am I supposed to do with all of my ruined items in my garage that are soaking wet and I have a swimming pool in my garage? I guess I will have to wait around another bajillion hours in order to get my things serviced again. I wonder who will take care of all the electronic devices that were damaged from all the water because they didn’t install my washer properly? If you choose to use this place make sure that you had ample time to wait around on your butt all day and you better kiss their ass the entire time or else they will be mean to you and call you crazy too and possibly a liar. What awesome customer service.

This place is horrible! They sweet talk you into buying overly expensive items. Once they get you into a contract they pull a variety of shady stunts. I would call about my balance after I made a payment. They would tell me one thing, then something different when I would call to make my next payment. For instance, after the second to last payment I called to get the payoff balance. They tell me $ 89.99. Now when I call to pay it off, 2 weeks later, they say it’s $ 151! If you do end up going, make sure to follow through on the 90 days same as cash. If you don’t make it they will charge you even more.
