G by Guess, located on the second floor, is the cleanest, and most organized chain I have been to. The staff was kind and helpful. Specifically Alexis :) She assisted me, was very helpful, and provided great customer service. Keep it up Alexis. Thanks to all the friendly staff:)

I didn’t buy anything just browsed so I can’t give a higher review plus this one is a bit smaller than the one I usually go to.

Friendly staff all around. They don’t hound you constantly which I like.
and the girls aren’t fake meaning. obligated to compliment you from head to toe.

Went in today to get a cute top that my mall didn’t have. I called and spoke to Michael and he said they had the item I wanted in stock and he would put it on hold for me :) When I got there everyone was very helpful. Thank you, I will be coming back. =D

I think they just opened this past weekend or sometime during the week since I walked by a week prior and the place was still boarded up.
The set up and atmosphere here is like that of other G By Guess locations — upbeat, lively, and inviting.
The employees were friendly and helpful, and even helped look up an item I was interested in (but not in stock yet) and the manager even told me the exact day they were going to receive the shipment and invited me to call and reserve a piece for me. Pretty good customer service.
Although I did not buy anything, I’m definitely going to be back here. I’m not a fan of Puente Hills Mall, but I am of G By Guess so I’m pretty happy a location opened up so close to home for me.
