Our Desert Cities need more businessman and serviceman like Scotty. Not only extremely experienced with his works, but very accommodating and friendly. Always showed up the same day or the next morning. I had worked with Scotty twice in my salon. I am very pleased with both his performances and pricing. Keep up the good work my friend!!!

Scotty and his team are terrific! Had them install a GE Advantium microwave (these are heavy) today and they made it quick, easy and pleasant.
And, they took the old and all the packing stuffy away…:-)

Admittedly, we aren’t big online reviewers. In fact, we had to sign up with Unilocal just to leave this review, but we felt compelled after the outstandingly amazing service we received from Scotty and most specifically his sons Ryan and Robbie who responded to our call. Anyone would agree that unless you are having something installed, you’re usually calling a plumber under less than ideal circumstances. In our case, it was a pair of toilets that weren’t flushing properly and backing up. When they first responded last week, they executed the requisite undertaking of snaking both toilets and testing them. At the time, it had seemed that they had alleviated the problem as we observed they were in fact again both flushing. They billed us a very fair price and then departed. In a matter of only a day or so however, the problem presented itself again. We would then plunge and that seemed to provide some temporary relief, but then the problem would reemerge. So, we called them back and they were prompt in coming right back out to or house. Robbie arrived and after observing firsthand the problem said, «I’m going to pull both your toilets and we’re going to get to the bottom of this» No pun intended. Upon pulling the toilet up in our master bath, he discovered the culprit. A piece of plastic that he estimated had been down there for years, left from perhaps the original installation of the toilets, which had lodged itself in the 4 inch pipe and was acting like a flapping valve. This explained how the snaking had seemingly been successful and plunging was providing us only temporary relief of the problem before the toilet would inevitably back up again. In the case of our guest toilet, which he also pulled, he discovered that it was just case of waste matter that had somehow been accumulating in the bend of the toilet’s trapway. He then took that toilet out in the yard and commenced to dutifully cleaning all the s_​_​_​it out of it. Now, most people might say that falls squarely in his job description, but you would be hard pressed to find someone that would have carried it out as cheerfully and thoroughly as Robby Foy did. Spreading out a drop cloth on every area he worked, he took every precaution to ensure cleanliness. When he was done, he explained completely what had happened and what he did to fix the problem and then to our utter amazement was only willing to charge us for the price of the parts necessary to reset both commodes. Once he had departed, besides two working toilets, there was no sign he had ever been there. I know this is a long-​winded review, but we are just that impressed with this plumbing company. If we had to sum it up in a word though, it would be «conscientiousness». Well done Scotty Foy and sons!

I called Scotty last week from LA and asked if he would install a kitchen faucet (and take the old one out and away) and he said he could. Quoted me a price for the job and his associate Henry showed up at the appointed time and did a great job (out here in La Quinta). We needed a couple of additional parts so Henry tagged that on, was finished with the job within an hour and we were good to go with our new Moen pull down faucet! I asked for a couple of business cards as we WILL be using them again out here in the desert and referring as well. I love the name Scotty Foy too (I didn’t get to meet him, but Henry was just terrific). Oh and this was on a Saturday! SO very satisfied; so glad I found him through Unilocal where I read reviews on everyone and everything.

Great Plumber. Showed up promptly, and took care of my outdoor leak… that I unfortunately tried to find on my own. Nice courteous and very knowledgeable. Could have ripped me off since he stayed till after normal business hours… and unlike major companies he didn’t! I definitely recommend Scotty Foy… and I’m telling everyone about him!
