This place is a little of the beaten path, but oh so worth the little extra drive. These are the most authentic Mexico tacos in the valley. They use good quality meat, you don’t get too hard to chew pieces, the extras like all the varied sauces, veggies and beans are very fresh, with plenty of lemon wedges to top of a plate of tacos. Best of all fresh hand made tortillas, all made on site fresh daily.(I asked about that) I noticed some reviewers claim them to be pricey, but really for the quality and freshness I found them to be a good value! Start with 2 or 3 you WILL want more! Seating is limited but don’t be afraid to get plenty to take home they travel well, enjoy!

Most authentic Mexicali style street tacos in the valley. Only place that does tacos with home made flour tortillas like in Mexico. Huge topping and salsa selection with habanero salsa as well for the brave. Gets crowded so I don’t eat inside but I take it to go. Where the locals in the know go for tacos. It is in a crappy part of town but worth it.

Independent convenience store so prices are a little bit higher on their goods compared with your chain establishments. Usual smokes, drinks, packaged snacks, and bait nightcrawlers. I swear I saw a cooler marked as such. But I didn’t try to verify the contents.
