I was instructed by my doctor to start exercising and to work on stretching, balance, and building muscle. I had some health issues and had some falls. I called In-​Shape and talked to Jason, General Manager. I went in for a tour and everyone was very helpful and nice I was impressed with the equipment.
I have been a member for a month and with Johnny, my personal trainer, I feel better than I have in years. He is patient and listens to me. The classes make me realize how much I need to work on my balance. The classes are helpful and make me realize how I need to work on building my legs, arms, etc. I tried five different machines, and I am surprised I enjoyed it. I am determined to keep working and getting healthier and maybe lose a few pounds. Maxine P.
I just joined In-​Shape, Currently, I have neck and back problems, and my goal is to improve my muscle tone and strengthen my neck and back. My trainer, Johnny, is helping me to get to my goal. His physique inspires me to work hard to improve my body. Weight training should do the trick. I like the machines that I have tried and will be using more as time goes on.
I am glad my wife started and got me involved to seek better health. My overall goal is to get back to playing golf. In-​Shape is a great gym with lots of equipment and great staff. Clive P.

They no longer have day care!!! Guess they don’t want me as a client. That is one of the reason I was going there. But looks like I’m going to have to look for another gym.

If I can give this a lower rating I would, not happy with this place what so ever. My boyfriend and I were members there back when it was world gym. Staff was a lot happier and friendlier. Not the reason why we canceled though. We canceled because one of the sales counselors came up to my bf couple times wanting him to buy steroids from him, or other stuff ! Omg are you kidding ?! Every Time we would come in. We finally tried to contact the manager and he was always in meetings, or not even there. Yes equipment is great and it’s cleaner then when it was Worlds. But at least management was better and so were the staff. Staff now hardly welcomes you in.

I attended this gym when it was Worlds Gym. The changes have really made a difference with New equipment and great classes. I’m really happy to have my Zumba instructors Don Ramos and Claudia Garcia who know how to keep the classes motivated and fun always with great interaction. Look forward to enjoying both gyms and cycling classes at no extra cost like some gyms.

The location of this gym has been my home gym for about five years. When in shape purchased this spot in May they made a lot of promises about a lot of changes. I usually have a hard time with changes but not this time. They have revamped the entire gym just as they said they would. Repainting, new furnishings, new speakers for the sound system, new and bigger televisions, new gym equipment it’s clean and a friendly staff.
I think this is the hottest gym in the East Valley you’ve got to come check it out!
