We had Extra Mile out yesterday to clean our grout. We HATE dirty grout; however we had a flood in the house. It was a disaster! After all the repairs were completed, we had the grout cleaned. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT JOB! We had over 500 sq feet of tile. It looked like the day we moved into a new house nine years ago! Perfect! Will be calling them again! The best!

Called for an estimate and got to speak to the owner Mike. He answered all of my many questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. I made an appointment with him to come give me an estimate and told him if the price was reasonable I would have him clean the carpets as well. He gave me a great price for 5 rooms and had 2 of them cleaned. Mike moved my couches for me and didn’t charge me for it. The carpet cleaning took less than 20 minutes for both rooms and I couldn’t be happier. Once the carpet dried I could really see how clean it looked. I will be calling him to come back for the other rooms.

Well, the carpets were well cleaned and overall I am pleased with the results. However, the cleaning was much more expensive than I was quoted. I was quoted $ 200 and it came out to be $ 268.
He then offered to clean some noticeable blue, green, and red stains for an additional cost. The stains didn’t come out; don’t pay extra for the stain treatment.

Mike was pleasant and efficient. He gave me a REAL time, not a huge widow. The carpets are clean. The area rug is clean, and the grout is white again. Thanks Mike. Oh, it was cheaper than the quote given by the big chain with the large time window too.

Not really impressed. I have a small dog who has had a few small little accidents on the carpet and I can’t seem to get the smell to go away. After the carpets dried I checked the two locations and it was like they missed those two spots… Otherwise the discolor around the front door came great.

These guys did an amazing job on my white carpet and «impossible to clean» sectional! Mike was my technician today and he wasn’t just on time, he was early! He used corner guards so his equipment wouldn’t scuff my walls and he worked quickly and effectively. He even left me with shoe covers! This was a wonderful experience, I will recommend this company to everyone and I’ll be using them again to keep my home feeling like home!

New home needed carpets cleaned and provider failed to notice that the hose he used scraped our new paint job in several places. When we called to inform them, they were very sorry and sent out the same guy that made the mistake. He was frazzled and couldn’t understand how he could have been so careless. No offer to correct his mistake. Carpets were clean but knocking two stars for lack of professionalism and thoroughness.

Wonderful, helpful owners and company. We needed some furniture and rugs cleaned in Rancho Mirage but when they came, they said they didn’t have the right equipment for the cotton fabrics on our couches. They immediately called another service to come out the next day, and then they proceeded to clean three rugs in the house for no charge. The rugs looked fantastic. They really did go the «Extra Mile» and we will absolutely use them again AND recommend them whenever possible.

These guys are great! I own two vacation rental properties in the lower desert and found these guys on Unilocal after a tenant left a ton of spots on an almost new carpet. I thought I was going to have to replace it. Mike knew exactly how to treat each spot, and after all was said and done, the carpet looked like new again! I’m so relieved I didn’t have to replace it. Amazing job! I’ve tried various other carpet cleaners over the years, but was always disappointed. The carpet never seemed very clean when they were done, the house just smelled like wet dirty carpet and maybe they got off the top layer of dirt. That’s not the results with Extra Mile though! The carpet I thought was beyond saving looks brand new again! The before and after was just stunning. Jason and Robert are very knowledgeable and really do go the extra mile to make your floors look great! Highly recommended, thanks guys!

They look FANATASTIC! As someone with dogs and cats, I was not expecting such amazing results. They look brand new.
