Well, that was a pleasant surprise ! I needed to have a slide out looked at. Greg had it figured out in minutes. Since he needed charge for a billable hour, we started on a list of small «gremlins» which he diagnosed and fixed them, and the ones that were deeper problems he showed me what to do to fix them myself. The service was so excellent here, that if I can, I’ll save all of my «problems» for them and drive the miles.

I just got back from a month on the road. A couple of systems needed repairs. I was afraid I was going to have to have new ones installed. Benlo’s wonderful folks ordered repair parts and told me when they’d be in, then they fixed the other items. At no time did they try to sell me «new.». Wonderful folks to deal with!

In addition to what I hear are highly competent repairs, they have a nicely stocked store with parts and accessories. The other primary option in the desert is sunbird. So if one doesn’t have your part, check the other. Both stores are modest compared to camping world, though most stores anywhere are anyway. I’ve been surprised to be able to find parts I thought they wouldn’t have.
Storage of RVs is also available through benlo, both inside and outside. Reasonable prices. Friendly folks.
