I took my one of my cars to Wise Tech for the first time because they were so close to my house and haven’t taken them anywhere else since.
When I my battery was goner in the negative temps, they offered to help me get to over to their shop for a new battery, which was too much for me to accept. When I got my car over there, they were clearly swamped but still replaced my [oddly-​placed] battery in 10 minutes while I waited. I had expected to be out of my wheels for a few days, so that was awesome.
Today I took my car back over to be fixed and they had it done just a few hours later even when I said it was no rush and even offered to come pick me up so I didn’t have to walk over in the snow to get it.
I grew up with a family of mechanics and spare cars who are now a state away so when something happens to my car get a little stressed. I feel so much better knowing that there are nice guys who aren’t going to jip me out of money because I am a clueless girl, just around the corner.
