I go to the Wendy’s at 22nd and Meridian often because it’s close to the office. I have to say they are speedy about getting the large influx of lunch crowd in and out of the drive thru. The staff is usually very pleasant.

I go here because it is close to work. Often the buns on the burgers are not fresh and can even be hard. How the workers make a burger and don’t notice the bun is hard as a rock…

I appreciate a late night option but if I’m going to pay extra for Natural Cut Sea Salt fries make sure they’re no old & cold, the burger was delicious. Fax phone # listed here so don’t expect a live person to hear your complaint @ this listed # i did get ahold of someone during the day & they did make it right

They have screwed up my order multiple times. This time they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a hamburger. Not a huge deal. However, I noticed after a couple bites that half of the CHICKEN WAS STILL RAW. Hopefully I don’t die from salmonella.

Restaurant was very empty on a sunday dinnertime, seemed to be well staffed, but service was still slow. Took awhile to get a drink refill as the cashier was chatting with a friend.

I got a coupon on facebook to try their new fries. Fresh cut with sea salt supposedly. The coupon wouldn’t print but I decided to run though the drive thru and try it anyways. Nothing to rave about. The fries were cold and bland. I didn’t taste any salt and definitely no sea salt as promised. To add insult to injury, they threw in 3 normal packages of salt for me to add my self. The lady was rude in the drive through. They are lucky this is the closest wendy’s to my house so I’ll put up with their bad service when I have a craving for a jr bacon cheeseburger. I try not to go too often though. Seldom do I get good service! The wait is not as bad as the taco bell/​kfc down the street though.
