I have always used Walgreens pharmacy, since my childhood. Service just gets worse and worse. Lines get longer and longer. We came here for immunizations– and hour later we are still waiting. What happened to service? And maybe staffing for customer service? This is outrageous.

I’m a frequent Walgreens shopper, willing to pay a little more for basic beauty products and home goods to avoid waiting in long lines at bigger stores. However, after my visit today, I will not return to this location. I was out of quite a bit things and decided to stop in and stock up. I shopped for about $ 250.00 worth of stuff. I’ve worked retail long enough to understand how loss prevention works and why it is necessary for stores, but there are ground rules. You want to keep an eye out, without making it obvious that you’re doing so. That way if you’re wrong(which isn’t uncommon) the customer isn’t put off and made to feel unwelcome. Some staff at this location need further training. An older white employee, who I assume is a manager continuously showed up right on my heals or at the end of the aisle I was in. STARRINGATMEWITH A DIRTYLOOK. It was like he was letting me know I was up to something(little did he know… the only thing I was up to was shopping for things I needed, fast.) It was very apparent he believed me to be shoplifting, and was very intrusive and annoying. He even had the nerve to follow me up to the register, and stand behind me until I swiped my credit card. at which point he turned and walked away. I WILLNOTBERETURNINGTOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN. I had already disliked this location because they are so slow and not the most helpful or polite, but this incident sealed this locations fate. Shop elsewhere.(I called the customer service line and they were super helpful and nice, I will continue to shop at Walgreens more than likely, just not this one.) P. S. Walgreens — a little tip for this employee. he could have politely offered me assistance(since no one on the sales floor including this man watching me did [[the only employee who offered me assistance and was kind to me was the cashier]]) or inquired why I was shopping or what I was shopping for. That probably would have answered any questions he had about me and he could have gone about his business without making me feel criminal for spending money in your store.

This Walgreens pharmacy always has friendly staff & excellent service. They also offer a free lactation consultant one day per week — so NEWMAMAS — ask about this service! :)

I chose to go to the care clinic at this Walgreens as my general practitioner was on maternity leave and I had a very nasty sinus infection that needed to be treated before I could be seen by another doctor at my GP’s office. Overall my visit was very pleasant. I scheduled online, which is extremely convenient, I was seen at the time I was scheduled for, the staff was super friendly, and I felt like I got the same level of treatment that I would have at the doctor’s, if not even a little better as far as explanation of treatment course. Will definitely go back here if I need treatment and can’t get in to my doctor’s office.

If you are looking for reliable, friendly urgent care service, you should probably look elsewhere. My daughter called this morning for an appointment and was told no appointment was necessary. When she appeared a little after 1pm she was greeted by a sign saying Out Until 2. When she arrived at 2, she was told that they were accepting no further patients. At 2pm, on a Saturday. Fortunately, there are more professional health care service providers in this city. But shame on you for wasting her time.

Today is Easter and I got a call from Lisa, the nurse practitioner I saw earlier in the week to see how I was doing. How awesome is that? No medical doctor’s office has ever done that! Made my day. :)

They have it all… friendly service and great staff for helping find the right cough syrup and for taking a good passport photo(yes, it has been reported to happen). Awesome young man in the photo center. Service with a smile.

As the others have posted it’s the care clinic that puts this Walgreens at 5 stars. One is the convince of having a care clinic right were you can get your prescriptions and also not having to wait days for a family care doctor to get you in their schedule. The second thing is the staff here is great, they are well rounded, caring nurse practitioners and RN’s. I usually come here with simple skin conditions like poison ivy, flu shots, strep testing but they are great for working parents with small children especially if you don’t have a family doctor or they can’t get to you in time. Of corse then you get the great pharmacy staff here as well as the newly remodeled rest of the store is very impressive.

I have really become a fan of this Walgreens. I have had 2 canvas prints made here, and both have turned out beautifully. However, that is not my favorite reason for coming here. I have found at the end of one of the aisles, they put all over their clearance items. This is the best part. I have found Biolage liter shampoos and conditioners for $ 6, Bumble & Bumble shampoo for $ 5, Essie nail polish for $ 4, and make up up to 75% off. Say what? It is kind of hit and miss, but if you are willing to poke around in the bins, there is usually a gem hiding somewhere. Hooray! Also, I have been here on different occasions and the ladies who work the beauty counter are fabulous. They will help you find the deals, and also they will see if they have any coupons behind their counter in order to help you save some dough. I have received $ 1 off Essie polish, BOGO Maybelline Lash Blast Mascara, as well as a couple others. It makes your experience a little more personable and fun. Whenever I need a beauty pick me up, I stop by here :)

I knew I was coming down with«something» and was not feeling well, I didn’t even bother calling my family doctor, because generally it takes a week to 10 days to get in. I’m really thankful I went to the Minute Clinic — I had a thorough exam with Lisa she prescribed an inhaler and an antibiotic for an acute sinus infection — I’m starting to feel better from the prescribed treatment. My visit with Lisa M. Jones APN was informative and most beneficial to my being on the road to recovery today. Thank you Lisa and thanks to Walgreens for the Minute Clinic.

Why am I reviewing a Walgreens? Because it has a Take Care health clinic in it, of course. This little clinic has helped me tremendously. Sometimes you have little illnesses that just aren’t worth the time and hassle of setting up an appointment with a real doctor. Especially if you are like me, because you’re generally so healthy, you don’t have a «doctor». I used this little clinic one weekend after I caught strep from a nephew. This place was perfect: I walked in, without an appointment, and was able to see a nurse practitioner to get tested and get a prescription. The line was a bit long that day, because apparently strep and the flu was fairly rampant this holiday season, but on another trip for another bug, I was able to get in and out in under an hour. I enjoyed the Walgreens, itself, as well. It is one of the newly remodeled Walgreens and so the food section is expanded, there is some fresh fruit and vegetables, and a decent selection of things you may need around the house. I’m definitely a fan of this Walgreens.
