Established in 1919 by George W. Usher, the Usher Funeral Home has been serving generations of Indianapolis families. Phyllis Usher, current owner of the funeral home takes great pride in the over 90 years of continuous family ownership.

Meet the Manager

Steve T.

Manager

Steve is a licensed funeral director and is also the manager of the funeral home. He is a 1989 graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He has been affiliated with the Usher Funeral Home since 1991 when he was hired by Bill and Phyllis Usher. Steve and his wife Jennifer reside in Speedway and are the proud parents of four children.
