Great help. Our Dometic Refrigerator needed either replacing coolant unit or a new unit put in. Steve had a reconditioned refrigerator the same model as old. He came out by 8:00 am and we were on the road by 10:00 am. Half the price of a new one and we are happy.

On our maiden voyage in our new(used) RV travelling from Minneapolis, MN to Gatlinburg, TN, we developed electrical problems. Since we needed our electrical system working in order to provide heat in the RV at night in October, we needed to find someone to fix our problem as quickly as possible since we only had a week of vacation time. After many, many calls and as many hours, we stumbled upon«The RV Medic» relatively late(7:00 p.m.) on a Friday night. He told us he would be available to help us out and could be out in the a.m. and meet us at the hotel we were forced to rent because of the electrical issue. Not only was he very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable, he, upon hearing that we were novices, also gave us many helpful hints in many realms of RV’ing. At one point, he told me he loved his job because, «When I get to the job site, the people are so concerned and unhappy, and within a very short period of time, I can take away their worry and make them happy.» And he did that for us… tenfold. And price: $ 150.00. Seriously… I can’t imagine anyone providing any kind of service that will make a house call and complete a repair for that price. This man is honest, knowledgeable and skilled. He saved our maiden voyage… and gave us faith in mankind. Not to be corny, but we truly felt as though we had met our guardian angel for the trip. I found this web site that might also help to assure you that you are getting the very best:
