This place used to be a great neighborhood subway with great service and pricing. Somewhere along the way, I think they changed owners and everything went down hill. The service is AWFUL. It is absolutely apparent no one in this restaurant cares or cleans. If you try to speak to a manager, the attitude only gets worse… From the manager. And the owner is non-​chalant about the whole thing. «Haha. Kids will be kids, ya know? I can’t control them.» Sure you can, fire them. Hire people that want the job.

Some serious English speaking people need to be taking over this location. Because the sub I didn’t want toasted got toasted regardless, asked for no sauce– I get sauce, no lettuce/​extra toppings of any kind– I get toppings. pretty much everything I asked the guy not to do he did. And I was left staring after each motion dumb founded. Realizing he did not understand ANYTHING I was trying to relay to him. I was on my way. Kind of disappointed.

Oh do I love Subway… I have been in here at all times of day, and even during the busy lunch hour the staff is great! The food is stored properly and the staff always keeps everything as fresh as possible. The tables are always clean. The best part about this Subway is that UIndy students get 10% off! That is less than $ 5 for a $ 5 Footlong!

It’s Subway. Don’t go during lunch hour unless you want to wait for a really long time. While the elderly daytime staff is kindly, they work at a snail’s pace. The evening crew is usually faster. Other than that, no complaints.
