Anyone who has read my reviews knows that I’m kind of a Starbucks junkie lol so it’s only right that I visited the Starbucks located in this hotel that I was staying in for a few days. I went there twice and the service was slow both times. There were several people working behind the counter and I wouldn’t quite figure out why things were moving in slow motion. But on the up side, being that it was located in the hotel, it was very convenient and each time my caramel macchiato was right on point so I guess it was worth the wait

Very friendly staff and great location right in JW Marriott level 2. The barista a are very nice and good! I had a free birthday drink on my starbucks phone app and they do not accept the phone app but they decided to give me a free drink anyways and even wrote Happy birthday on my cup. Great and consistent

Maybe I need to get out more, but can’t say that I’ve ever been to a Starbucks that closes at 2pm. Granted, it was a Sunday, but still. I was hoping to get my coffee fix, but had to settle by making some hotel room coffee. Sad.

I was at the Marriott while attending a trade show. I found the service to be fine and this location was extremely busy. In fact, when I returned later in the day the barista remembered my particular drink and how I wanted it made. The staff was diverse regarding gender and ethnicity and I didn’t notice any racist behavior overtly or covertly.

Sometimes I wish they’d add minus stars. I frequented this Starbucks while I stayed in Indianapolis big city with NOT such a small town feel. Yes you see correctly, I changed the sentence there. They are very rude here with all that covert racism. Anyways. Each visit to this location was during after peak hours. In fact no one was in line. Yet, they managed to be very rude and very slow every single time.
