Its the closest starbucks but also one of the worst. Never get my order right. I asked for a grande Frappuccino, was charged for one, but got a tall. And the Frappuccino was completely melted. Only starbucks to give me a Frappuccino that was melted ever. Shouldve saved 8 dollars and just bought some coffee at the gas station.

This Starbucks has really gone down hill in the last year. This recent incident was the tipping point for me as I am pretty tolerate of stressful situations and understand that food service is not the most happy environment in which to work. I was in earlier this week and ordered 4 drinks for people from work. The staff person who took my order quickly wrote my name on all four drinks. Just catching it as this was 7:10 am I politely asked if we could go back on three of the drinks and write in the names of the people I was ordering for. The staff person looked me straight in the face and sighed and did not break eye contact. I was completely shocked. I said to him, «Oh I’m sorry, I did not mean to be annoying.» There was no response, no thank you when I paid, nothing. This was rather hostile behavior especially when you look someone right in the eye, sigh, and maintain eye contact without speaking. The staff person also forgot to provide me the danish for which I paid for. I was so taken back and embarrassed that I did not even go back in when I discovered the missing danish. When I shared this story, my colleagues said verbatim«We don’t even go to that one anymore and will drive out of our way to go to the Starbucks on Main Street. Interesting to note that of all the Starbucks in Indy this one has the lowest stars with the most complaints. Will never be back. Management needs to read this and do something about their staff.

Very, very sweet baristas. Settle in for a wait if you’re using drive-thru, but it’s worth it. They get it right here.

I can’t dislike a Starbucks with a drive-thru, and so I shan’t. My visit consisted entirely of ordering at the drive-thru, and there were many cars and the line was long, but the queue went relatively fast. Good coffee, great iced tea, breakfast sandwiches all day … yup, this Starbucks is good.

Employees are always friendly. Lines can tend to be long at times but it’s worth the wait. I’m a creature of habit and typically order a caramel macchiato most days. Absolutely love their scones as well!

They were nice and gave my sweet, little, 18lb baby a «puppachino» He looked like scaly wag when he got it all over his little pug face. They were very polite, however dogs are not allowed. We had to eat it in the parking lot. While walking my sweet little pug friend, I couldn’t help but notice the amount of cancer sticks thrown behind Starbucks landscaping. Shame on you Starbucks employees!!! Keep Southport beautiful!

Not my favorite location, but not the worst that I have been in. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon before heading up to the Northside for an afternoon of shopping and doing pretty much whatever we wanted. They were busy when we arrived. Normally I would have stuck with the drive-thru, but for some reason decided to go in. The inside as busy just like the drive thru. When we got into line, we had about 4 people a head of us. Surprisingly for as busy as they were, they got us through pretty quickly. They all seemed to work well together to get people through and on their way. Some of the furniture looked a little beat up like perhaps it may need to be replaced soon. Other than that the overall location seemed to be clean with several places to sit. Perhaps this was because everyone was sitting outside, but still… lots of places to sit.

I stopped here with the intention of getting in a little reading before I headed home. And although the people that worked there were friendly, and my drink was made correctly, the drink station was dirty, and trash was spilling out of it. The sugar packets seemed like they had been wadded up and shoved in the container. They were completely out of vanilla powder, and there were no chocolate powder or nutmeg bottles at all, just cinnamon. And for some reason, for a Tuesday afternoon, it was sooooo super crowded that the introvert in me didn’t want to have to sit that close to strangers. Unfortunately, late December doesn’t usually lend itself to sitting outside. So, I was mildly displeased with my experience.

Great experience this morning with the young gentleman at the counter. The only person to ask how to spell my name. Thank you! A great way to start my morning:)

Least favorite Sbux. The staff looks at me like I’m crazy/dirty/cheap when I ask for a refill on my iced coffee. I never know if they will be charging me for the cream in my americano. I no longer order bar drinks here because it totally depends who is making them. My order is right half the time I go thru the drive up window. I’m ignored for a few mins at the counter when I walk in b/c everyone is focused on the drive up. Yup. I think that’s about it.

Have been going here for many years and it seems that the service is going downhill. Aside from closing early, no comfortable seating and the even less comfortable climate(I would suggest snow gear if you’re brave enough to venture inside), this is enough to rank this in the well below average Category as far as Starbucks goes…

It’s summertime, yet the temperature inside this Starbucks is so cold that even in a sweater, long pants and coat, it’s still completely freezing and uncomfortable. I asked if the temperature could be turned up a little, and to be fair, instead of nuclear winter, it now feels more like Alaska. I had to move outside to prevent hypothermia.

They really need to work on keeping items in stock and cleaning the place up. This is the dirties Starbucks I have ever been in.

A typical starbucks, however less stars due to the lack of comfortable, cozy seating.

Strawberry smoothie, you are too good to me. If you’re still okay with drinking cold drinks before work when it’s 20 degrees outside, head to Starbucks. The staff is friendly, the drinks are delicious(although they are overpriced) and all of the Christmas goodies inside are awesome. Great place to relax or prep for a work day. See you again soon Southport Starbucks!

We stop at this Starbucks usually on the way to my husband’s parents’ home. Service is fine, although they don’t put sprinkles on my skinny cinnamon dolce latte unless I ask(unless the stores on Binford and 96th St). The odd thing is that there is always something weird going on in the parking lot. This last time, a guy was driving in reverse across the lot; another time, a car was trying to exit while another car was trying to enter and neither car would move. I ended up having to get up out of the car to order while my husband waited to get into the lot!

I was passing through town. They were very quick in getting my green tea latte. The staff, two guys were very friendly and easy to talk to which was nice.

As frequently as I stop here, it’s just a stop. I get my grande bold and move on. This Starbucks is indicative of MOST locations, so there’s not much to add to the conversation.

This Starbucks is extremely busy so expect to wait at 8am during the week. Which is unfortunate because I really love my coffee but I am habitually late to class! The staff has always been busy but it seems like they need more help!
