I come here to see one person only, and she always does a great job. I live 20 mins away and I still come to her. However, they don’t like to be on time to open their salon. I just waited 15 mins, along with two other ladies, and nobody was there. Very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time either. Looks like I’ll have to try back later.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year and getting consistently mediocre service. It’s convenient location was the only reason I kept going back. Never again though. I went in to have my eyebrows done. When she finished, she had me check them. She left them really thick which looks terrible on me. I told her I wanted them thinner. She made a face (picture a child eating spinach) and told me, «No, you need grow out.» I said I didn’t want to grow them out and asked again for her to thin them and again she refused, saying thin eyebrows are ugly. I was so shocked and offended I couldn’t even think of a response. That’s not even bad customer service, it’s NO customer service.

Overall the experience was great! Fast! Close! Cheap! Friendly! And fabulous! Rachel is my go to eyebrow artist from now on since I have two different volumes on my eyebrows, and she was able to match them perfectly! I got lots of compliments over the holidays! Win win!

The ladies always do a great job, and they are really fast. If the ladies ahead of you in line are getting lashes put on, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes. I always go for the threading, and they are lightning fast once they get started. Also very cheerful.

I decided to try the place for the first time as it was inside walmart and I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded but it was a dreadful mistake. The service was pathetic. The girls working there had an attitude problem and were behaving as though I was getting my services done free of cost.
The girl who did my eyebrows did a very bad job. I was charged $ 12 for eyebrow and upper lip and was not welcomed in the parlour at all. I would defintely not go there again.
