Susan Scott definitely knows what she’s doing. I told her what my trouble areas were and not only did she make excellent suggestions, she’s also consistently given me the best haircuts I’ve had in years. I have very curly hair so that’s definitely a huge compliment. Give her a try if you’re looking for someone new!

Made a first time appointment online. Got there five minutes early and set until 20 minutes after my appointment time. No greeter at the door. No one to ask anything. The room number I was given on my confirmation was empty. I cancelled my appointment online and walked out. Won’t reschedule here.

I will leave two reviews here one as a five star and one as a 1 star which equals to a three star…
Sam was awesome for my bridal appointment for my hair! I showed her what I wanted and she just went away with it. I would recommend her!
And now for the one star review. DO NOT GO SEE ALANA FOR MAKEUP!!! I scheduled an appointment for the day of my wedding and she DIDN’T SHOW UP! I got a confirmation that I made the appointment and then the day before my appointment I got another confirmation email. It came time for my appointment and her door was locked! I called and left a message, called ten minutes later, and called after another ten minutes and left a voicemail. She didn’t even have the decency to call me and apologize for sending a bride into a panic frenzy because her make up artist decided to not show up that day.

I had the awesome experience here, Brian Bunting transformed my hair from a tired no style hair do to an amazing do. highly recommended! He might be quiet but he definitely knows what he is doing both color and style were dead on!

Went here a few times to Brian bunting and no complaints. Tipped more than 20% always. I guess I contacted him on a bad day about a hair question and he went above and beyond to hurt my feelings. Be careful who you request to do your hair. I usually don’t write bad reviews. But people who are rude don’t deserve anything nice said about them.

This is a cool place. I see Jenna Todd in loft 18. She is amazing. She does miracles on my hair and I would follow her no matter why salon she went to! This salon idea is a pretty cool concept. It is a bunch of cubicle/​pods, very trendy and modern looking. Everyone owns their own spot and does their own thing. So they are all decorated their own style and doing their own unique thing. Whoever came up with this good for you!
So I only know about Jenna but would recommend her!

Awful service. Cancelled on doing my wedding hair 75 days before the wedding, after I had to track HER down! Do not book with Jessica Alexander. I am so displeased and stressed. What is suppossed to bed a happy occasion for me has turned into a stressful situation where I am left high and dry. I can’t attest to the entirety of the salon, but my business with Jessica Alexander was awful and disappointing.

I really like this place. Tried for the first time 2 days ago thru a Living Social deal. The feel of this place & the way it is set up really delivered for my taste!
I was a little reluctant because of it’s location. I’ve tried 2 or 3 in this area & felt that they were way overpriced & their welcome-​we love you package was canned. (coffee, tea, free foot & shoulder massage, etc) I came for a really good shampoo & hair cut, can you just listen to my requests & deliver? –that’s what’s important to me.
I was surprised to hear that it was located in the building by Ocean Prime. –I don’t know why. –But it was beautiful. I really like their individual stalls (little rooms) enclosed in glass so you get a lot of privacy & no claustrophobia. I think there are about 28 stylists so everyone can try different ones that fit your personality & hair type. Many and maybe all use organic products which is a very very good thing!
