The Internet Age
In 2002, Bill Clarkin Jr. brought the company into the internet age with apco.com. In 2011, he fully created and developed ReplaceSmart with the intent to offering a no non-sense way to purchase high performance windows at very competitive prices.

Bill C.
Business Owner
Bill was born into the building supply business. In 1962 his father started APCO — The Aluminum Products Company. APCO is where Bill learned the building supply business. Bill went from mowing the lawn in the late 70’s to being part owner of APCO in 2009. Bill’s brother in law now manages APCO giving Bill time to concentrate on ReplaceSmart Windows.
Bill is married and loves being a father. Every weekend he devotes to his family. He is physical fitness buff; working out at 5 am is the norm for Bill. When there is time left is his busy schedule you can find bill playing the drums or rooting on his favorite football team.
