Re-Bath

I love what Rebath was able to do to make our old bathroom look new and modern. Sean helped me pick out just the right finishes. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I cant speak for the work per say but I can speak for the people they have working in the office and because of that, I would never use them for any of our other homes that we manage (a good 300 homes) and any future career I have in the rental industry whether homes or apartments. We are a rental company and use contractors all the time for work on many of our houses. We have a very difficult Owner who wanted work done on the house due to poor installation back in 2003. I was informed by the Owner to contact Re-​bath to confirm the appointment but I got Elizabeth who always answers the phone and is always so rude. Today was the 2^nd time speaking with her and I got nothing but attitude. She has the worst personality, the worst customers service and is very degrading. I have never had an issue with a contractor scheduling an appointment with a resident as it prevents the multiple people being involved but I as a Property Management office have never dealt with such arrogant customer service. Its obvious the people above are not aware of her attitude but there is no reason that whatever goes on with a customer that it justifies the attitude that I received today.

We originally contacted Rebath in October of 2015 to redo our bathroom. The salesman came out and looked at our small, full bath. He said the redo would be not problem, that it should be done by Thanksgiving and the new tile could be placed directly over our existing tile. My husband questioned him since we have some broken tiles, but the salesman assured my husband that it would work. Fast forward to December and we had still not heard from Rebath to come and do the work. We finally got scheduled for Feb. 1^st and 2^nd. When the flooring installer came on the 2^nd to put in the tile, he said he couldn’t put it directly over top of the broken tiles. Despite him determining this at 10:00 am we were not told until 3:00 that the work would not be done. I now have a sink sitting in my living room and have been informed the work cannot be done for 10 days. Bottom line: they promise much more than they can deliver.

It’s been a year and the kids bathroom still looks great! We plan on doing our master bathroom with them in the first of the year.

2 years later and we sill love our bathroom. Everything is holding its color and it is easy to clean. Very happy we skipped Unique Home and went with Rebath. My parents bath still cleans up nicely three or maybe 4 years after install. My Mom did enjoy the walk in shower.
