Established in 2013.

After over 25 years working for property maintenance companies, and seeing the high prices being charged, Quick Fix LLC was started by an independent contractor to allow property owners to save money while receiving quality service.

Meet the Business Owner

Charles H.

Business Owner

Charles has worked as a maintenace technician for F. C. Tucker for 6 years and Duke Realty for over 14 years. Prior to that he was a general contractor specializing in older homes rehab and repairs. Also a real estate investor, he has rehabbed several residential properties in the Marion County area. His resume includes interior and exterior painting of single family homes as well as apartment interiors. Training in HVAC was received at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis with hands experience while employed at Duke Realty. Presently only preventative hvac service is provided by Quick Fix LLC.
