I was not a huge fan of this food truck. I wanted something different and somewhat filling. I went ahead and sampled the lamb before ordering the meal. I enjoyed the lamb and the man said he was add a few others to make it a meal. As pictured, I got a lot of rice and green beans with a spicy sauce for the lamb. I ate all of the lamb, but left the rice because it was not good. The beans were okay, they seemed bland and nothing special.
I won’t be going back to this food truck. I’m sure I will find something else next Friday at Food Truck Friday!

They offered us samples! I got the lamb shawarma. It was awesome, spicy with a delicious sauce. Sorry for no pic, was so good I devoured it immediately. It was so good I went back and got another sandwich: mix of kufta and lamb shawarma, equally tasty.
Staff is so friendly and we had a good chat about the culture/history of Morocco!

Do not walk past this food truck without getting a sample! You will be hooked. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order (everything sounded good) so they whipped up gyro with all of the things that I like — loads of feta, spicy lamb, onions and other goodness.
