This review is only for the Indianapolis outlet of this company.
This place is a bunch of con artists who are untrained and complete idiots in the field of garage doors. I found that out the hard way. I was charged 400 bucks for a new spring but the door came off track 5 months later.
I called a reputable company and they said that it was not installed correctly. The tension was way off and out of adjustment. I should have paid about $ 150 according to the QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN that repaired my door. Avoid at all costs!
Their business address is actually a private residence. The technician could hardly speak a word of English. This place is very shady.

I really appreciate the honesty and the professionalism of the Payless Garage Door Repair. 2 of my friends recommended this company. I own a 3 door apartment and one of my tenants was having trouble with his garage door. It was old and the hinges were rusted. I called the company and they sent their guy to my tenants place. After checking the door it turned out that the problem was quite simple. He dealt with it, and told me that it is not that obligatory to have get a new door. Whew!

Wow! Payless Garage Door Repair is such an amazing company! I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule a next day appointment to have my door fixed. My garage door was stuck, it won’t open. The next day I the company called to confirm that their guy was on his way to my place. When he arrived he explained some things and went to work. Amazingly, he was able to fix it in no time. I am very satisfied and happy with the service.
