History

Established in 2013.

We opened Indiana’s first Painting with a Twist Franchise in October 2013! Painting with a Twist began in 2007 in New Orleans. In the aftermath of Katrina, the owners wanted to have a place for everyone to do something fun and give back to the community. We have been growing like crazy since then and are the largest paint and sip franchise in the US. Our favorite classes are Painting with a Purpose classes when we give back at least 50% of the proceeds to a local nonprofit. Loving every minute of it!

Peggy & Rob own Pottery By You, a paint and create-​your-​own pottery & glass studio, and decided they wanted to expand their business. A friend of theirs, who also owns a PYOP Studio, recommended opening a Painting with a Twist, because she loved her Painting with a Twist studio. A year later and we opened the first PWAT in Indiana! We love showing people how much fun and how easy it is being creative.
