Took my Dyson in because it wasn’t picking up – suction worked fine on attachments, but not when sweeping. After 10 days, I got a call to come pick it up; the woman said they’d found a clog. When I got it home, it operated EXACTLY the way it had when I took it in. Clearly, they hadn’t tested it – or, apparently, given the dust in the canister, even touched it. I’m livid.
