History
Established in 2002.
Electronic audible alarm product line introduced to the industrial market in 1968 under P.R. Mallory Company. In 1990, the product line was sold to Mallory Capacitors. In 2001, Vishay Intertechnology purchased Mallory Capacitors and the audible alarm product line was spun off into its own separate company in 2002.
