If you’re looking for family friendly then look elsewhere. The neighbors are rude and catered to. The staff is absolutely the worst staff I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex. There is nothing for children to do. They are basically forced to play inside their homes because of lack of things to keep them busy outdoors. It may be quiet but it’s because it’s been pushed to being that way. There are probably 60 kids in this complex and you will hardly see them out and when they are if someone complains they do not bother to investigate it or ask questions they hop on the memo train and start making ridiculous rules that are impossible to follow. If you can take the time to look elsewhere I would highly suggest it. Along with all of that the maintenance sucks. Minus one man the rest of them just cannot be bothered to do their jobs. The lady that runs the place can’t be bothered to get out of her office for a few minutes to handle something like an adult would with another adult. Instead she makes phone calls and writes letters because she can’t get off her ass and come out of her office. This place is a disaster and shouldn’t be allowed to be running. Huge mice problem, huge bed bug issue, the place is run like a concentration camp rather than an apartment complex where people can enjoy where they live!

I wish I would have known how bad this place was before I moved there. I moved to Indianapolis for work in June of 2015. Did not know anything about the neighborhood and didn’t have much time to find a place, regretfully, I signed a lease at Madison Village. My apartment/townhouse flooded 7 out of the 9 weeks that I lived there, I discovered black mold every where and was told by neighbors that this has been an ongoing issue for years. Management was totally rude and instantly ready to argue and deny that there were any issues until I moved in. .Needless to say, I had to seek legal advice and asked to be let out of my lease due to the flooding and black mold issue. Madison Village and their leaders made me pay 1000.00 to break the lease. I had to pay for an extra month even though the place was not livable due to the mold discovered under the carpet and around the furnace. They made me pay back, the discounts they gave me when I signed the lease. My brand new car was dented and scratched from the out of control kids running around day and night. Take a good look at this place before you sign. Talk a walk over by the town homes, specifically in the back, where you will find rotten fences falling down, trash, broken bottles, weeds and the strong smell of dog feces. and oh yeah, major bed bug issue. This place really needs to be condemned. What a wonderful welcome to Indiana!

First of all, the apartments itself are not too big and the appliances are rather old. What can you expect with the low rent? But the grounds are very well maintained. You can walk everywhere and it is clean. Great job! The community itself is rather on the quiet side, meaning that if you like to stay up all night and sleep during the day, you should probably look elsewhere. There is also«no crap» going on like in other similar priced apartment complexes, I am very grateful for that, and I think that is due to the management people really taking care of business!
