Walked into store and there was only one other person in the store. The employee did not acknowledge that I walked in as he was too busy talking to the other girl in the store about his 4th of July weekend. I was in the store for about 10 mins in which he did not speak to me at all. He didn’t ask if I needed help or even a hello. The whole time he was busy conversing about his wild weekend. There was a hat I wanted to buy but decided to buy it elsewhere since he was too busy. Keep in mind she(the person) wasn’t even buying anything.

I highly recommend ordering your merchandise from another vendor. I placed an order via next day air — it arrived on time, but it was someone elses order, and yet a different invoice in the box — 3 orders messed up. OK, stuff happens. But, when I called to get my order resent, some little chode named«Chad» in their customer service department said he could not send my order until he had the incorrect merchandise back from me — really bad customer service. Don’t order anything from Lids. In the meantime, I’m going to send Chode, I mean«Chad», an application for work at McDonalds where his customer service skills are a better fit…

It’s nice to see the great increase in available Butler Bulldog’s gear. This will definitely help the Athletic departments get more revenue to keep up Hinkle and upgrade their facilities. It’s amazing what an improbable run to the National Championship Game can do for your marketability! This Lids location had at least six different styles and several more colors of those styles of hats available, and they all looked outstanding! No more impossible to find Butler gear… the Bulldogs are now main stream!!!
