Completely unhappy with this pedi. She first tried to sale me some pedi for $ 41.00, way to expensive then as she working on my feet she said you want an eye brow wax, because you need one. I told her that was not nice and no thank you. Then after the 30min Pedi she leads me back room wanting to do an eye brow wax. I said no I don’t want an eye brow wax. Then she takes me to the front to have me sit in a chair next to the drying station and puts a table top fan on my toes. I didn’t really notice how terrible the pedi was until I left their business. She didn’t clean off the skin around the toes and them look terrible. First time tried this place and they failed! I will not come back. They charge $ 26.00 for a basis pedi.

Terrible. Had gels done and she put it on so thick that my nails broke off into the nail bed. I had pretty long finger nails that I worked hard to grow. Now not only am I out $ 30 I also have to grow my nails again. There isn’t a price tag you can put on that. I’m just so very upset with this place. You walk in and think, wow, this is a really nice place only to leave and your nails look terrible and break off the next day.

Awful experience today when I stopped for a pedicure, I won’t go back. Shoddy paint job — on my cuticles and no base coat. I brought my own polish and asked for it back as he walked me to the drying area, he said«yeah, I’ll bring it later». I looked to my right to see it being used on the lady next to me. I would have appreciated being asked if it was ok to use a product I brought in. I brought it for use on me not the other customers.

Decided to try this salon because my regular place was too crowded. They were very friendly, quick and did a great job. The salon was clean, the music was terrible but if they do a good job on my nails and don’t keep me there for hours I don’t care what kind of music they play. There were dusty Christmas decorations still hanging up but again they did a great job on my nails and I was in and out pretty quickly. Their prices were good. A little hard to understand but nothing too terrible. I will be going back again.

Three of us made an appointment to get pedicures together and were told it would be $ 24 each. When we got there, we told them again that we wanted to sit together and get them done at the same time. Two of us were helped immediately while I sat there for 30 minutes soaking my feet in cold water waiting for someone to tell me what was going on. When I asked the manager(I assume by the way he refused to do anything and just paced back and forth) for some warmer water, he told me that he would let the techs know(why he couldn’t get off of his high horse and do it himself is beyond me). I still waited 15 min waiting for water. Once the other two people in my party were done, the tech went to someone who came in after us and started working on his pedicure instead of going to mine. Once I asked what was going on, a tech finally came over. My pedicure was only 15 min, which is obvious by the way they look. Finally, as I was drying my pedicure, the tech put someone in the chair I was in WITHOUT sanitizing or cleaning. When I told this to the lady(who btw sat there the entire time I was waiting for my pedicure chatting with the manager) as I was checking out, she pretender not to know what I was talking about. I explained to her that no one cleaned out the sink before they had the lady use it for her pedicure, she nodded and acted like I knew what I was talking about. The place may look clean, but they obviously do not care about sanitation or the health of their customers. They also charged me more than what they quoted us on the phone. Poor customer service and poor business practices!

This is not my regular place, but they were open on Sunday afternoon/evening which is a rare find these days. The pedicure was good– nothing too special though. They did use a nice orange exfoliator, but I had to pay $ 5 extra. My lady was nice, but communication was difficult. I’ll probably stick to my normal place(Madame Royale) from now on.

The staff here is rude to say the least! They use the language barrier as an excuse to rip you off. They charged me 35 dollars to polish my 5 year old daughters fingers and toes, and then told me it was because they used gel polish. Nobody asked me or told me they were doing this. That’s bad business. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here!!!

One of the few places consistently open on Sundays for nail servies. I rarely see the same tech in there twice but the salon is very large and capable of handling groups! I should know as my mom, sister, and my son(who patiently waited on us) enjoyed sitting next to each other in the massage chairs during our pedi’s!
