History

Established in 2002.

Right out of college, the owners went to work for one of the big accounting firms. In order to pursue a work/​life balance they left to develop the tax department of a publically traded company, and bring all their tax functions in-​house.

Allmost immediately, the desire for client service took over and Like many small businesses, The Lawrie CPA Group started in the owners living room, preparing tax returns. The busines grew quickly and in 2002, they left the living room.

After the our horrid experience at Shaub CPA Group (see that review for details) we immediately began the search for a new company to handle our taxes.
We had noticed this place while driving past once and took note. My wife came here to see if they could help us. This was the very same day Shaub caused all the ruckus and Lawrie CPA Group welcomed her with open arms.
She turned over our information and set up an appointment, for the very next day. When we arrived, our return was actually already done with only a matter of a couple of details to wrap up. Judd Lawrie was very friendly and the passion he has for the business and his customers was apparent.
Mr. Lawrie and the office manager, Kate, really put us at ease and the experience was pleasant and efficient.
