Lantech Training delivers Microsoft Official Curriculum from our Indianapolis, Indiana facility to audiences in our classrooms, across the U.S. and the world through Live Remote training or at your chosen facility through customized training programs. While clearly a source for Microsoft training, we also support any other technology, any location and any other effective training-​style. As your on-​going training partner, Lantech develops training plans, custom courseware and exercise labs to meet your specific requirements. We deliver «train the trainer» training while providing ongoing support for all of the above training.

History

Established in 1983.

Since 1983, Lantech has positioned itself as an industry leader in the Midwest, offering exceptional instructor-​led classes as our main focus. Our goal is to provide you the highest quality training available and excellent customer service. We are proud to say that most of our training engagements come from past clients and referrals. We aim to create long-​lasting relationships by providing a genuinely valued learning experience that will enhance the students’ on-​the-​job productivity and efficiency.

Meet the Manager

Radu G.

Manager

Radu is a passionate learning evangelist, focused on increasing business efficiencies through the smart use of information technology.

He spends most of his time studying and teaching others how to use tools they already have, especially Microsoft Office and SharePoint, to be more efficient, more self-​reliant and ultimately to make more of their time and have more time and energy to spend with what really matters: family.

Radu started his business career in 1990. Over time, he’s held various positions, from business ownership with private international companies based in Romania, Turkey and the U.S., to IT Manager, to I.T. Instructor and Systems Architecture consultant. In 2001,

Over time, he created and delivered customized training sessions to organizations such as Eli Lilly, Indiana University, Purdue University, Sallie Mae, The Veterans Administration, Cummins Inc., Roche Corporation and many more.
