My husband and I were looking for a sectional. We found one we liked for a price that was ok. They said they could have it delivered in 4 days. We got rid of our other couches, took off work to meet the delivery people, only to find out it would be two additional weeks. So we had to reschedule everything: work shifts, child care, etc. they call again and postpone it another week. Are you kidding me? At this point, we’d be better off canceling our order and going someplace else. At the end of the day, after missing work not once, or even twice, but three times, it would have been cheaper to go anywhere else and pay full price, and even rent a moving truck to get the couch here. Will I ever use L. Fish again? Only if I want a delivery for next summer.

My wife and I were looking for a nice recliner. We stopped there first and found a nice leather one at an OK price… even when you factored in the discount that they had on each chair. We decided to get two recliners.
The salesman was OK… nothing to brag, but the guys that load the furniture into your car were simply wonderful. They took the time to take the chairs out of the box and load them in my SUV.
One of the chairs had a problem and I had to take it back and exchange it. I had read online about some people having problems with exchanges or returns, but I called and they told me to bring in the original and they would replace it. I did… and they quickly traded it out. No questions or hassles.
I would recommend this place to buy furniture. I don’t think their prices are so great… but the support staff was great.
