Johnny Rockets

Went here yesterday. Took forever to be greeeted with staff just looking. My hamburger was so greasy it was running down my hand and my bacon was ice cold. Ordered endless fries but it took 30 minutes and putting in the order more than once to get an order. Thst was money wasted. All the waiting we did and never even got a drink refill. Watched an employee argue with a manager about cleaning tables and taking another order. The dancing was amusing. Ill never come here again.

Dancing is more important than taking an order. I went in on a saturday afternoon for a carry out and was ignored by every staff memeber while standing at the register then the supervisor turned up the music so the wait staff could all dance.
And while standing i saw an employee push trays full of clean glasses with there foot. Who stores clean drinking glasses less than a foot off the floor?!
I will never be going here again.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The waitress was very rude and ended up stealing from me by adding a ‘1’ to the $ 4 tip I left her to make it a $ 14 tip. Food was very mediocre as well. My son had asked for a Reese’s Peanut butter shake, but instead she brought a regular chocolate shake, so when we asked her about it, she took the shake back only to bring the exact same shake but with a little cup of Reese’s pieces! Absolutely the worst experience. Don’t think about eating there ever.

A 50’s style diner gets me every time. I think it’s cute! I like hitting up this Johnny Rockets location in Circle Center Mall because it’s good place to get a burger before heading to the movie in the mall. For a flat pressed burger, ours was pretty juicy and flavorful, and I like the all you can eat fries. Our service was friendly and got us in and out quickly so that we could get to our movie.

Very disappointed. Food ok, 40 minutes after we ordered it. (They only had 2 tables occupied in the restaurant.) Shakes were forgotten, then delivered in to go cups because everything else was eaten. Tables around us were full of trash. But 5 employees were having a great time at the counter.
The food, when it finally arrived, was not as ordered. The salad was not the size asked for, their were tomatoes, and the wrong dressing. No dipping sauce for the chicken tenders. We had to request silverware and napkins. We never received a refill on water.
When all was said and done, a manager did come out, to talk with the other table that complained also, but never came to us.

If you’ve been to Johnny Rockets before then this isn’t anything different. The décor and atmosphere are the same as any other. They also offer the same food so don’t be surprised. With that being said, we had great service, it wasn’t overly crowded, and our food didn’t take long to get to us. For us that is what we needed, somewhere quick and fun to eat that would hold us over for an early dinner. Our food was cooked exactly how we wanted it and the waitress went over and beyond what i expected her to do by always offering refills and asking if we wanted more fries. If your looking for a quick, inexpensive place to eat then Johnny Rockets is it!

While at jamfest2015, and a noob at Unilocal.I’m surprised at the rating that was on here. Service was superb and food was hot and on point!!! Will def come back here again when we return next year.

This location is terrible. The service is awful and everyone has such a bad attitude. People were waiting for 20 minutes to be seated and there were plenty of tables open as they were not busy. I overheard our server complaining to another girl about her table needing a refill and she was clearly «busy». Our food was just ok, and took about 30 minutes to come out… which honestly it tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. We also had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Our server never apologized for the long wait and once the check was dropped off, she was never seen again. Good thing we paid cash, or we might still be sitting there.

Okay so I am usually not one for novelty food places, but I was nursing a hangover and in need of dinner food IMMEDIATELY! So when I saw Johnny Rockets, I knew it was my calling! (I was praying they wouldn’t dance to music as they do in other locations, because I knew this would not be good for my rough recovery! — and thank god they didn’t) Our waitress was incredibly nice, I almost couldn’t believe how nice. The menu selection was the same as any other Johnny Rockets, and our burgers and fries were good. You can’t really judge a place like this on food, the food was okay, what I would expect, but I give it four stars because of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the place.
The only thing that ticked me off was I ordered a combo meal that came with fries, but I wanted cheese fries so I asked for cheese on top and for them to charge me for the cheese, the waitress looked completely baffled and unsure what to do, so we just ordered the fries separately — usually doing something like this is no big deal — who knows, I’ll let it slide because she was so nice.
