Won’t deliver to a hangar on the west side of Indy Intl!
Really!
The manager hemmed and hawed about it and then after a few times on hold, came back and decided that even though I would meet them outside, they still weren’t going to deliver!
Wow!

Just had a tuna sandwich and chips there. The place is immaculate and my sandwich was nice and fresh. Only downside was one of the male employees was on a phone talking extremely loud and nasty to the person on the other end. The manager should of heard that conversation and ended it.

I really feel even though they offer awesome tasting fresh subs… their prices are outlandish and over the top. Hopefully the business model doesn’t sink as people get hit for a $ 10 sandwich. You musr tell them you want to add vegetables and peppers etc. …they will hand you a sub in 22 seconds with lettuce and mayo… you’ll upended it up down the road and wonder why they never asked what you wanted on it… BECAUSE IT’S THEIR POLICY NOT TO ASK! On a positive note the workers are very nice and friendly and the restaurant is clean Looks like a great environment to work and smile.

I only wish I had taken a photo of the 2 sandwiches I got from this place because my review doesn’t do it much justice. So I was really excited when I stumbled upon this location and quickly hit the drive-​thru. They just answer with «Jimmy Johns». Not «Welcome» or «Thank you». Once I got to the window, the lady tells me my price, and hands me my bag while taking my card. She runs my card, hands it back to me and walks away. I sat there for a few seconds until the window shut. That’s when I realized that she was indeed done with me. So brazen, so rude as if she was too important for me.
Now onto the sandwiches. One of them was the tuna slim. When we opened it, it seriously looked like just bread. There was barely enough tuna on it to fill anyone up. The same went with the JJBLT, except there was 6 pieces of cold, limp bacon on it and not nearly enough lettuce. This location won’t see me again.

At this Jimmy Johns it’s more like subs so fast you would have been better off walking to the store and back. Get to eat sooner.
Not the first time. Out of 5 deliveries 3 took nearly 45 min to arrive. It shouldnt even be a 3 minute drive to get here.

To be fair, I have ordered twice since this time and there have been no problems. I contacted the restaurant after my initial experience and they informed me that there was a power outage during the time my order was received online. There were still others at my workplace who never even received their food that day and have had problems in the past. It would have been nice to hear from the restaurant when there was a problem, but I understand shit happens. The food is good and exactly what I expected. Just work on the communication guys!
