Established in 1998.

I started collecting Vintage Jewelry many years ago.

When my husband retired, I decided to turn it into a business.

My husband is an artist and also makes jewelry for the shop.

So if you stop in you will be greeted by either me, Jackie or my

In the early 90’s I started selling herbs and flowers from my garden at farmers markets. Over the years it turned into making Bath and Body Care Products using the markets to show case my products. Being at the Indpls. City Market my business has evolved from making Bath and Body care products to collecting Vintage and Estate Jewelry. We now carry a large collection of both Vintage and New, along with some of our own handmade pieces. You will always find unique pieces at great prices. Product changes weekly,

My all time favorite boutique is now ours to share with everyone. Their is nothing to not like about what Jackie Jay has done so beautifully for so many years. She has one of a kind affordable pieces for everyone! With the new name being Nora’s, we are going to continue to work as hard as Jackie to keep beautiful fun accessories and jewelry coming your way! Great selection. Lots of fun stuff to look at… Owner is very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I also pop in here when I’m at the CIty Market to take a look around, as she seems to get new things all the time.
I also like that she seems to be a bit moveable on prices, and that you can find some truly unique pieces if you take the time to look. :)

If you’re looking for a cool piece of costume jewelry or some unique vintage jewelry you really need to give this place a look-​see. I love gift-​shopping here and, of course, buying a trinket or two for myself. This independent shop is a wonderful addition to the historic Indy City Market building. Also, the owner is so pleasant and helpful, I always enjoy chatting with her.

I had the privilege of attending Unilocal HARK gathering at the City Market with a friend and enjoyed myself so much. Those of us that don’t work downtown miss out on so many cool little locally owned gems and this place is one of them.
Imagine finding little treasures at a flea market except their are no fleas, just great prices and original finds! Jackie J’s offers the neatest retro bling you can get with new stock on a regular basis.
