This team and the fans and community around them are fun! Great location with plenty of seats considering they are an up and coming team. I have attended two games total, one from the stands and the most recent from a box trailer. The trailer was legit! Plenty of food and great seats.
From the stands I found it hard to get into the game because of all the things going on around the stadium. It almost has a highschool football game feel with kids walking around the track the whole game and the ultimate fan section behind one of the goals.
We tried to tailgate the first time we came to a game and it may have been the weather but it was not a popular thing to do.
Overall it’s a great program and with the modifications they are planning for the stadium, I think it will be a knock out next season!

I have been here for a couple other events, but this review is essentially just about my experience going to an Indy Eleven game, since I assume that is by far the largest draw for anybody to visit this stadium.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I will definitely be back for a lot more games. I decided to bike over since I didn’t want to pay for parking. If you do drive, I think your only options are pretty much going to be paid lots that start at $ 10. Since it is all on a commuter campus, pretty much all of the parking in the area is either the designated lots that you have to pay to park in for the game, or lots that require parking passes to park in without getting a ticket or towed. As far as bike parking, there are some bike racks around, but it isn’t very convenient. They recommend going to park in front of the natatorium, but there aren’t a lot of spaces there and I would have expected that they have something much closer to the entrance of the stadium. There is a Pacer’s bike share kiosk pretty close to the stadium so that is another option to people not wanting to drive. As I was leaving, it didn’t seem like traffic ever got too backed up or anybody had a hard time getting out.
Getting in the stadium was pretty easy. They will check your bags before you enter, but the process went smoothly and there weren’t any long lines. They will not let you bring in outside food or drink, but you can bring in an empty bottle and fill it at their water fountains that they have inside. There are two gates to go into, but the box office is at the NW entrance. It didn’t seem like there was a lot going on before the game, so getting there right at kickoff won’t keep you from missing much.
The stadium itself has a very respectable amount of seating. I chose to sit in the «Brickyard Battalion» section, which was a lot of fun. This is the more rambunctious area with supporters that stand the whole game, recite chants and songs, and generally provide most of the cheering. If you like to have fun and yell during games, the Brickyard Battalion sections is definitely where you want to be. The view from this area located behind the goal was great, and I could see everything the entire game. You really feel close to the action when they get down towards the goal line. The other sections were more of a place to sit down and enjoy the game. It seemed like all of the seats were going to afford you a pretty nice view since it is a smaller place compared to other sporting venues in town. There is also a large video board that they put up replays on, which is really nice to have.
Some of the facilities including the bathrooms haven’t quite been updated yet to match the larger crowds that these soccer games are bringing in, but hopefully that happens at some point. I don’t see any reason that the Eleven need their own stadium, as this one offered up a really nice experience. It wasn’t sold out on the really nice Saturday that I was there, but it was a large crowd and they certainly have a lot of dedicated fans in this city. I didn’t even look at the vendor pricing, since it seems those things are always way overpriced, but those options were available it you needed some beer or food to make it through the 2 hour event.
I definitely recommend heading here for a game. It’s entertaining, welcoming, and they provide a great atmosphere the entire time. It would be nice to see some updates to their amenities, but I imagine this will happen eventually.

As a standalone sports venue I would say this place is probably a 2 star experience. It’s dated, the seating is metal bleachers with no backs, and the restroom facilities are dirty, small, and very old. Concessions are also a bit hit and miss with some locations having everything available while the next line over inexplicably doesn’t.
As a venue for watching Indy Eleven Soccer games this place is 4 stars. Great atmosphere. Amazing crowd. A great view of the pitch from virtually every seat in the house. Only thing that would be better is if the seats were closer to the action (which isn’t possible as there’s a full size track that circles the artificial turf).

So… four stars for the soccer stadium itself but two stars for the amenities and signage. I was with the away fans and our seats were in outer space, but the vantage point wasn’t bad and the stadium didn’t feel so big that I couldn’t concentrate on the game itself. It’s actually kind of pretty, in a way, with views of the city on three sides and what made for an incredible sunset.
There are apparently bathrooms IN the stadium but they were too difficult to find and I ended up going to the line of port-​a-​pottys (which was fine). The food and beverage options also weren’t great and while the staff was super nice (like, really, really nice), the quality just wasn’t there (which is totally not their fault at all).
If you’re a soccer fan, definitely go to a game here. Indy Eleven just won their first home game and they actually looked pretty good. I have to give their fans credit, too, for being really welcoming and hospitable both before and after the match.
Oh, also I think this stadium has some kind of historical importance and is the place they do time trials for the Olympics. So if you’re into that kind of thing, go take a look!

So I’ve been a Indy Eleven patron all year. I have missed maybe 3 – 5 games which is why i didnt get season tickets. Since I have been to so many games i can tell you this is a really fun experience. Every single home game has been sold out this year, our fans are the best in the league which is amazing since this is our first year. The first game the league and stadium were completely un prepared, after the first mishap they corrected themselves and every game since they have gotten better. Now, there are tons of drink/​food vendors and also more and better managed indy elven gear spots.
who knew a soccer team in Indy would take off like they have, we have the best fan base in the NASL which is amazing. So all in all you will have a great time here at IUPUI stadium and watching our awesome Indy Eleven!!!

Visited Carroll Stadium for the N.I.T.E. ride. The facility seemed well kept and seemed like it would actually be a great place to catch a soccer game.
The space seemed more accommodating for vendors and ride participants than the Major Taylor Velodrome and the location is definitely more convenient for hotel/​restaurants for out-​of-​towners.
