This is another tough review because I walked in here and felt like I was in the«local-organic movement» heaven I’ve searched for in Indy. Lots of great food to buy and the menu looked great as well. I ordered a burger. it came out looking great but after the first bite I was a little disappointed. The meat was very well done, to the point of being dry. The bun was a little dry as well. The meal was enjoyable and I will definitely come back. the chickpea sandwich that the girl next to me got looked awesome ;) I’ve edited this review to go from 3 stars to 4. I really support the mission of this place so that’s most important to me at this point. I love what they are doing and I want more Indy restaurants to join in on the local food movement.

This place is awesome. Food is delicious. My husband had a Kale salad which had a light tasty dressing and creamy vegan broccoli soup. This soup had a great taste and consistency and especially hit the spot on a cold rainy day. I had the butternut quesadilla which was amazing. I also had a pumpkin soup as well which had a great flavor but was a little too watery. I ended up eating most of my husband’s creamy broccoli soup instead. After this meal I felt pleasantly full and satisfied and healthy. Will definitely be heading back to try more items. They also have a small grocery area that has a lot of wonderful local and organic items.

Completely changed my diet and only have juice drinks for breakfast. Not OJ or Apple, but raw fruits(nearly always an apple or two) with greens, carrots, celery, and the like. And when I’m too lazy(or busy) to cut and juice it my self, I’m off to Field to Fork for a $ 5 breakfast meal in a cup. Their cooked food looks great and I see MANY healthy looking people(not the same people you see at McD’s or BK) buying lots of goodies for their healthy lifestyle. And healthy lifestyle is key as we are running a marathon, not a 100 year meal in a bag sprint. Give I F2FM a try!

Pretty cool little place! Love that they get some of their produce from their garden behind the shop. I went in for baked goods … the vegan brownie was sooooo good, but the vegan donut was sadly disappointing. It was more like a muffin than a donut. But they get an A for effort!

Amazing sandwiches(vegan and non alike), local produce, garden in the back… Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I stumble across BBQ sauce with GHOSTPEPPER in aisle 3. Now people, of all the amazing stuff this place has, what you really want is this life changing condiment. Just go, now. During open hours of course. You can thank me later.

Excellent place. Everything was amazing. Most of their stuff comes from their own farm and is super fresh and tasty. Will be going back all week.

Butternut squash quesadilla = YUM! I would have ordered 2 if I knew how good it was going to be. Love the butternut squash, the guacamole, and every bite of this quesadilla. It was pretty pricey overall but you’ll forget that part when you’re gobbling the yumminess. Also enjoyed a fresh pressed juice. They have a pretty standard juice menu, allowing you to order one of their creations or create your own.

Well, I really love this place. I visited the place, and ordered lunch(Grilled Cheese and Grass fed Morrocan Beef Stew) and Green drink smoothie(pineapple, kale, lemon, spinach?). Smoothie is so refreshing and perfect balance of greens and sweetness. The food is amazing. Grilled cheese not too greasy, and has the right consistency– gooey, and subtle. Grass fed Moroccan beef stew has garbanzo bean, carrot, butternut squash and zucchini– very light and a hint of Cinnamon. Overall, I am very impressed with the freshness and the food quality. I think we need to support local business and help spreading the word. I want place like Ingredients to stay forever.

My partner and I ate here for lunch on Saturday. I am a vegetarian, and he is not — no problem! We also purchased some fresh, local veggies and bread. I will be visiting again soon. Also the service was polite and friendly. There was a simple mistake on the bill, and it was corrected immediately. The food we ordered was delicious, seriously. They have a brussel– sprout salad — try it!

Ingredients Field to Fork Market was amazing! We got there right after they stopped serving their lunch menu. We ordered soup and items from the cold case. The service was excellent. They heated the food up and gave us free waters. The homemade squash soup was awesome. The market is filled with great local products.

I arrived here shortly before they closed, so in the dark I couldn’t see the raised beds behind the store, but I love the fact that they have some. It’s not a huge store, but they definitely offer quality products, and you can tell that they read labels and care about healthy food. I like the fact that they offer smoothies and other yummy looking prepared food, though I didn’t sample any this visit — next time. I was able to find some interesting things that actually work with my current super-restrictive anti-inflammation diet, so that made me happy. My only complaint about this store is that it’s a little on the pricey side. I’ve come to expect this of local/natural/organic groceries, though, and it won’t keep me away.

If you could hug a business or, better yet, pinch its cheeks, you would without a doubt want to hug and pinch the cheeks of this new business on 71st. Why the big crush? The building itself used to be a Taco Bell but now is painted maroon with natural wood on the exterior and half a dozen raised garden beds in the back(you’ll find these ingredients inside on the menu and for sale). Juice bar: offering both juices and smoothies. I had the pumpkin smoothie with yogurt and hints of cinnamon– so delicious! $ 5. I’m hoping they have wifi here– this would be a great spot to work for a couple of hours. The highest saturation of Hoosier ingredients/products I’ve seen in a business of this nature in quite some time. You name it: URelish, Best Boy Co, Moody’s Meats, Local Folks, Trader’s Point, Capriole, and so on and so forth. Farm fresh eats like curried carrot soup, sandwiches, salads(with fun ingredients like quionoa) and plenty of veggie-filled dishes that are served by the pound.

There is no doubt that Indy needs a few more health conscious restaurants but finding one that does it right is tough. Ingredients is an absolute GEM! The location of the store is somewhat discreet. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, you might miss it, but once you find it, you’ll be back… I promise. The name of the store describes it perfectly: Field To Fork Market. In fact, there is a garden directly behind the store where you can watch some of the vegetables grow. SO… what exactly is this place? It’s part market, part restaurant, part juice bar and part magic. The market contains beef that is raised on their farm, dry and wet ingredients that you can take home to make your own magic or sample some of the creations by the wonderfully talented chef. If you’ve never been to a juice bar before, this might take some getting used to, but I can HIGHLY recommend the«Just Beet It». Simple, healthy and very tasty. The quinoa salad it amazing as are their brussel sprouts. Want some meat? They have that too. Soups, salads, sandwiches, desert: you name it and it’s probably there. So here’s the bottom line: whether you’re health-conscious or you just want to try a fresh and local alternative, give these guys and gals a chance. As new kids on the block, I truly wish them success and hope they are around for years to come!

This small gem of a store/deli warmed my soul and reminded me of days gone past. Those says when you shopped for your needs locally from people who actually live in your community. I was please to find local, grass feed meats at a great price. Local honey and organic dried beans were abundant. The deli was most impressive. The food is nicely prepared, I did find is slightly strange that no substitutions on menu items are allowed since everything is made to order, but that is a minor thing really. The fresh juice was awesome and super affordable at $ 5.00 a juice. Check it out and remember to support your local farmers!

So glad this little gem has come to our neighborhood! Local and organic and I love the bright red exterior w/sunflowers! They opened Oct 2nd but I haven’t had a chance to have lunch there yet. They’ve got great products and keep you well informed on their Facebook page of their specials and what’s cooking. I picked up a few things there Saturday and their little café’ area was packed out. My favorite purchase was a huge creamy white cauliflower that was the size of a large basketball. I refused the bag and just laid it in the passenger’s seat. As I ran my errands I began to break off pieces of this tasty fresh veg. Needless to say, I didn’t need lunch when I got home. Yum, soup & about 3 meals!

Go local!!! Great new market and café showcasing Indiana products; including produce, meats, dairy, and grains. 50 percent of items are locally produced, and most organic. Very good deli soups and sandwiches. Specialty items including gluten free and vegetarian. This new business will be a treasure.
