What can I say. 1 star because it is the minimum! I have used Indy spring several times over the years with much success. It is unfortunate I will not be using them any time soon! And I believe Indy spring just lost 5 recommendations from mechanics. My son had an issue with a set of springs. I recommended Indy spring. Now of course my son is an auto mechanic and springs are not his forte. He figured if four people recommend Indy spring, they should be good.
WRONG. answer, Springs came back same way sent in, 1 loose and 1 tight. Bolts that were to be replaced weren’t. One bolt was striped And a bill for $ 350. Yes the bushings were replaced and there are cut marks on spring from torching them out. I suggest another city for spring repair!
When he took them back to shop they fixed the stripped bolt and offered him a another bolt. Seriously! This is the epitome of shoddy work and customer service! Like I said earlier find another city for spring repair. Apparently new management approves!
