Originally starting as a centerless grinding company in 1975, Indiana Precision Grinding (IPG) has expanded into a full-​service grinding operation. For CEO Dave Cox, IPG is a home away from home. His father created the company in 1975, and at age 25, Dave Cox began learning the family business. With its continued pursuit of excellence and commitment to customer service, IPG is now recognized in the industry as one of the premier precision grinding shops in North America.
