GO Express Travel

If you are in a hurry I would suggest that you choose another means of transportation. Very very slow. They overbooked the bus and you have to wait 30 minutes for the next one to arrive.

We used the shuttle to and from the airport. They were on time. They helped with our bags. They did not solicit tips. The drivers were uniformed and friendly.
$ 10 per person each way? Kind of can’t go wrong here.

Pick up was on time for a very early pick up. Company also planned well bring a big enough bus for all of us!

Made me miss my flight.
Supposed to pick me up at my hotel. Looked for signs. There were none. Saw a shuttle fly by without stopping. I called on the phone — «Oh, they pick up at the sign across the street.» Hotel confirmed — «Yeah, they pick up by that light pole across the street. There’s no sign.»
Next shuttle arrived late.
Also, door to door, with all the stops, was significantly longer than I’d been told. I’m guessing they measure from their last stop to the airport grounds. That’s great, if you happen to be their last stop.
Booking is easy, as is paying onboard, but that doesn’t mean much if they make you miss your flight.
And… It’s a mystery where you’re supposed to pickup the shuttle at the airport. It wasn’t on my documentation («pickup location — Indianapolis Intl Airport» — real helpful). I’ll give you a hint — it’s not where you’d think.

This is a relatively new service to get to specific destinations in Indianapolis from the International Airport and back. And it is of limited utility merely because it only runs between 8am and 11pm for airport transportation. That said it is rather affordable at only $ 10 each way between downtown Indianapolis and the airport which is a rather good deal provided that your flights are at a reasonable time to take advantage of this service.
I made an error in my online booking and while I had to call twice to fix it, their staff and twitter account maintainers are really helpful and did not charge a change fee to move my reservation to the correct date so that was muchly appreciated! Additionally, the driver was really polite and understanding when there were passengers who quite honestly didn’t understand the prepayment policies. This form of transit is also really wheelchair accessible as a passenger with a wheelchair that had a TALL pole attached to it was able to get in and have her chair transported via this shuttle as well!
It was much faster than I expected for a budget transportation option such as this one. This was wonderful.

$ 10 is pretty cheap compare to other shuttle companies on their cost. I wasn’t aware that the reservation is good for 24-​hour period of time. My flight was delayed and I was so worried that my reservation would be canceled so I called the office right away when I landed and was surprised to find out that the office doesn’t open until 8:30am and yet their first shuttle service starts at 8am.
The call was forwarded to their after-​hour customer service department where I was reassured that my reservation is good for 24 hours and I need not to worry. Then I was relieved that I won’t need to pay the $ 2 to get my reservation changed. The shuttle driver came about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and left on-​time. The driver asked each of us on what our return flights are and let us know they won’t be shuttling anyone prior to 8am and asked us to find rides elsewhere.
Since I was staying at Fairfield Inn by Marriott in the JW Marriott Complex, my stop is the last stop, #9. It’s a nice little drive from the airport. My shuttle driver told me everything that’s good to visit, restaurant, bars, or public attraction. Great company, will definitely use them again next time I visit Indianapolis!

I booked my shuttle online the day before and did not experience any problems. The 8am shuttle arrived around 7 minutes early and left on time. It was in pretty good condition and there was not any visible trash. The driver was patient while another patron and I retrieved our confirmation numbers on our phones. She wasn’t exactly friendly but wasn’t impolite either.
The only problems with Go Express are their hours and limited amount of stops. I had to wait almost 3 hours before I could take their earliest shuttle. They only have 8 stops but at $ 10, is was cheaper for me to take this shuttle and then an Über to my final destination as opposed to taking a taxi the whole way.

If I could give them zero stars I would. How can you run a shuttle and limo company that services the airport and yet close at 5 PM. Better hope you don’t have any problems after 5 or you too might get to endlessly listen to a recording promising help as soon as their operators are not busy. At 53 minutes my husband hung up, I tried their online «chat» and messaging with similar luck.

I purchased a roundtrip shuttle ride from the Iairport to the Courtyard Marriott which GO Express considers part of the Marriott complex and drops riders two blocks away at the JW Marriott. While this is implied on the reservation confirmation it is not clear that the drop off is blocks from the destination.
I called Go Express to complain and cancel my return reservation only to be advised no refunds were allowed, although no where is this noted on the confirmation. And to add insult to injury, the response to complaint was simply ignored with no satisfactory response.
Do not use GO Express. While the service is cheap, you get what you pay for.
