I regret wasting my money with them, worst costumer service I ever had, at first they will be nice and after you purchase their stuff they treat you very rude. Their delivery service is bad. I give them 0 stars

This place is the worst. They promise«immediate delivery» or «buy today enjoy tonight» yet they promise you furniture that isn’t in stock and you have to wait 2 weeks in most cases. The manager Phil is overly rude and an unreasonable person to work with. He behaves extremely unprofessionally and quite frankly the owner should be extremely ashamed that his business is run and managed the way it is.

While their furniture and accent pieces are a decorators dream and I like the items in there very much… their prices… holy crap. What are these people thinking? Everything in the store, including table lamps, was over $ 300 each. This place has very nice and modern things that are unique but I can get the same thing or better at Garden Ridge, Value City, Ikea, or Home goods for a fraction of what they charge here. The sales men kept saying«oh, we’ll work with you.» Yeah right, the cheapest they could go on a coffee table was over $ 400. I don’t see how they will be able to stay in business. Those prices may be okay for Carmel or Zionsville where people will actually pay hundreds of dollars for a lamp but not in this neighborhood. Lafayette and 38th street are a lower rent area. I couldn’t believe my eyes on the prices and was incredibly dissappointed. Have fun going out of business!
