We ordered 4 pizza’s and were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived at the store when the pizza should have been ready. We paid for our pizza and the employee said the pizza’s would be ready soon. We waited for about 10 minutes and I asked when our pizza’s would be out, she said soon. After another 5 minutes I inquired again, she checked in the back and said they hadn’t even started to make my Pizza’s!!! Seriously!!! I asked for a refund and will never go back there again!!!

Taking 3 school age boys here for lunch. I called ahead so we didn’t have to wait. They had the pizzas ready in less than 15 min. This was perfect. Fed 3 boys with drinks included for less than 20 bucks. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and we’re full of toppings. Great stop for the kiddos. Only complaint is that it’s still February and there is cold air blowing through the vents.

I come here a lot for meetings. It’s ok. Generally clean and the meeting room is usually available, which is great. The staff is usually helpful and friendly. Sometimes it take awhile to get your food order. Every time I go there, for some reason confusion ensues over food orders. The food is decent. I like this place, but I’m not crazy about it. I appreciate the meeting space, so I will continue to go there. I just wouldn’t go out of my way otherwise.

I came in because I work next door for my thirty minute lunch break. I went in and stood behind the two ladies in front of me and as they were seated the cashier went to the kitchen. I stood there for another five minutes until a man asked«Have you been served?» I said no and I guess he saw the dismayed look on my face and asked«What’s your problem?» Okay. I ordered my salad with no bleu cheese so they said they had to make a new one– understandable. The two women who were in front of me got their pizza before I got my salad and I overheard something go wrong with it. I finally got my simple salad after twenty minutes. I had to sprint to work and scarf my salad down in five minutes. Good salad, though.

Fantastic pizza. Quick delivery. Great service. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and have had my order delivered quickly and accurate each time. If you haven’t tried Donato’s pizza then you need to check it out. Hands down the best delivery pizza chain in the area.

Walked in. No wait to order. They told us orders were running around 25 min. We had our bread sticks brought out to the table. Not long after our pizza was brought to the table. It was totaly loaded with pepperoni and tasted great. Friendly enough service. The manager did ask how everything was and thanked us for coming in. Only thing I would say to do for better service… if guest are eating in bring them plates. We could have asked but made due without them.

This place should be closed down. If you order your pizza from here, expect it to come 2 hours later — cold. This is the worst business I’ve ever experienced. 3 times I’ve ordered from here and they fail every time. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here!

I love Donatos style of pizza and it’s for that reason that I have ordered as many times as I have, but this location is clearly suffering from a management problem. When I used to use their website to order, we would not get our sauces for the breadsticks… Ever. So, I began calling my order in. The first time, I told the employee about my problem, and we got our sauces. Every single time since then, no matter what I say when ordering, we continue to not get all parts of our order. Never fear, we have been charged for them. If we call, usually I get«we are really busy but we will try and have someone bring them out to you.» Which of course means another hour and then we have cold breadsticks… Totally delicious with our hard-fought sauce. Not. This is a VERYSIMPLEPROCESS. Fix it. I have about had it.

This location is an absolute joke. The first time we ordered we never received our pizza because the driver supposedly took it to the wrong location and left the pizza there. The district manager did give us a $ 25 credit since we never got the pizza. We decided to go ahead and use the credit but pick it up ourselves so we wouldn’t risk the same issue. We arrived ten minutes after our pizza was supposed to be ready and it was sitting under the heat lamp waiting for our bread sticks to be ready. We waited an additional 15 minutes. I wish we hadn’t because we noticed the poor kitchen practices such as the main pizza cook not using a hairnet to cover his long dark hair. I’m amazed this place is still in business.

Well, we thought it would be nice to surprise our office staff with some pizza yesterday afternoon… would have been great if we had ever gotten any. I placed our order at 11:30 anticipating that it might take about 30 – 45 minutes. I timed it just so our employees who rotate lunches would be able to rotate completely through before seeing our afternoon patients. I placed the order online and received my confirmation. I waited approximately an hour before calling to check on the order. Immediately upon answering the phone, I was put on hold. Okay, places get busy and not to uncommon these days. Upon returning to the line I was asked delivery or carryout. I stated that I was actually checking on my order. I was told«it’s on it’s way». Excuse me? I asked the woman if she even knew who I was or what order I had placed… at which point I was asked my name. Now, I realize most places have caller ID, but who assumes the pizza is on the way without verifying at least the patron’s name?! I was told to hold and another woman— I surmise was a manager— came to the phone. She explained that they were having«driver problems» and that my order was on its way. I explained that I understood that things happen and told her we could wait a few more minutes. I did inform her of the treatment I received from the previous employee and she did apologize and promised to address it. Soooo we waited… another ½ hour and still no pizza. At this point most of my staff decided to eat what they had planned for lunch and some were running late waiting for the food to arrive. I now faced having four large pizzas and no one to eat them… what a waste of money. So I called the store back and told them that we would like to cancel our order. There was no hesitation and they cancelled it right away(which makes me suspect that they hadn’t even started our order…). I didn’t sound pleased in the least, so the assumed manager asked if there was anything that she could do for me. I am not one that normally asks for anything gratis, but I told her it would be nice to get SOMETHING, for ruining 20 people’s lunch break. She agreed to a $ 15 credit for our future orders(if there are any). I decided that the boss should know and shared my experience on the Donatos website. The auto reply message stated that a representative would be in contact if deemed necessary — still waiting on that call, but not holding my breath.

For $ 4.57 the best piazza that I have had in the Midwest. Much better than Dominos, Donatos tastes like food. Also try the desert piazza, pretty good
