Specialties
Decatur Vein Clinic is a provider of varicose vein and spider vein treatment. We specialize in the non-surgical treatment of the symptoms of venous insufficiency including aching, pain, swelling, restlessness and cramping in the legs. Dr. David R. Decatur founded Decatur Vein Clinic in order to deliver high-quality, patient-friendly treatments to people in need. Trent Decatur continues his father’s legacy today. Our treatments are covered by most insurance plans and our patients can expect to return to their work and life immediately.
We offer services for conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency, restless legs syndrome, and venous stasis ulcers. We offer a consultation appointment and minimally invasive treatment options such as Doppler ultrasound scan or mapping, endovenous laser treatment, and ultrasound guided sclerotherapy. Our medical staff works with each patient to design a treatment plan specifically based on the patient’s needs. Most visits take less than an hour.

«One of the universal tenants of spirituality is to Love One’s neighbor as One’s self. I can think of no better way to do this than to focus our strength to lift at least a portion of the burden of suffering from our fellow man. I enjoy the practice of phlebology because every day our team has the opportunity to improve the quality of life and to ease pain and suffering for our patients. I am always thankful when a patient comes in and tells me that, for the first time in years, they are without pain and feel good about their legs.” — Dr. Whitten
