Church Brothers Collision Repair

Yep. There is nothing fun about bring in a car wreck. And there definitely is nothing fun about taking your now beaten and bruised car to a collision center that makes the whole experience even more painful.
That was my previous experience at another shop– phone calls were unreturned my car took over 6 weeks to get back. It was awful.
That was not the case with Church Brothers: I cannot sing them enough praises! Every day I received updates and all phone calls I sent were returned within the day. They thoroughly explained their processes and each component they were working on each day.
Thank you all again for bringing some sunshine to a dreary situation.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Michelle was amazing and keeping me up to date in what was going on with my car. She was extremely knowledgeable on the parts of the car being replaced, answered all questions, and even made sure I was up to date on the repairs while she was on vacation.
There was one small glitch in the repair that I found a week after getting the car back. In my frustration, I posted on Facebook since it was late at night and there was no option to call the store. Church Brothers found the post, proactively made contact with me the next day that they were open, took a 2^nd look at the car, and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with their repairs and service I had received. They stand by their work, and will do everything they can to ensure that the repairs are flawless. With all of the stress from being in a not-​at-​fault accident, Church Brothers helped ease that stress so much. I will always take my car to Church Brothers for future collision repairs.

They really care for your car! I was able to drop in for an estimate, then a few days later I dropped off my car and they fixed it in just two days. They washed and vacuumed my car, and that was very much appreciated. All of the staff was very kind at the front desk, polite on the phone, and greeted me with a smile! I would definitely go back if I had to for a collision repair, and heck, they washed my car so well that I would start going their for detailing too if I could! Thanks again!

My experience here was not good. I dropped my car off and they completed the repair of a front end crash in the 5 days as quoted. But, when I came to pick up the car, the hood was not aligned, a huge gap was on the driver side and the air bag light was flashing. They could not fix the airbag sensor so, it was sent to a dealer to be reset. By the way, at this time I also noticed that my Ipod, which plugs into the center console was missing. They denied it, but I know they stole it. I then returned the following day and took the car home. After a few days, I noticed fluid leaking. Took it back and it was transmission fluid from a pinhole in a line. They give me a rental car and made this repair. I return the next day, have to wait 45 minutes just for them to bring my car around and hand me the keys, just to find out that several plastic screws under the car holding the panels up are not in place. No one is inspecting the final product before it is handed back to the customer. I had to inspect and crawl under the car to find the mistakes. Overall a very disappointing experience. Not once did the Manager even speak to me. I was just told that the «manager is aware». Well, I’m a manager at my job and if I had a customer who experienced the problems I did, I would have talked to the customer and made sure to discipline the employees who caused these problems. Hopeful my repair holds up and I never have to go back to this place again.

Solid repair shop but overlooks details. I brought my car here to get some hail damage repaired. The estimated it would take 4 – 5 days based on the number of vehicles the hail damage guys were working on. It actually only took 2.5 days which was nice. The guys they have do the paint-​less dent repair did a great job. You can’t see any residual areas where the damage was. They also went ahead and cleaned my car for me before they have it back which was also nice. However, they overlooked all the areas where dirty hands were used to put the headliner (interior roof) back in place. They failed to wash their hands before handling the cloth interior and then failed to clean it afterwards. Now I’m left with a bunch and dirty spots on my cloth roof from where their fingers/​hands were. For this they lose a star. Everything was great but the fact that I now have to take time to clean up after them and for that I am a little disappointed.

I’m torn. This is some operation, and they do a fantastic job, but they’re pricey: the actual cost of my repair was almost 25% more than they quoted me. The initial inspection and estimate were handled efficiently and professionally, but what really got me about the place was the relatively poor customer service when it came time to pick up the car. They seemed so concerned about irritating me that they couldn’t come up with a firm time when I could pick up the car, and that wishy-​washiness did irritate me. The end result, however, is lovely.

I recommend Church Bros. to anyone who needs body work done on their car. They did an absolutely fantastic job, were entirely transparent with the pricing, everything came out to exactly what the estimate was, and the work they did has held up just fine. And as a very nice added touch, they even clean your car.

They may not be the cheapest in town, but their customer service more than makes up for it. Not only were they (and their partner Enterprise office that is at the same location) the only bright beacon in a nightmare situation with an insurance company, but they have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs they did. Thank you, I will be coming back.

My insurance company referred me to this Church Brothers.
The repair work was sub-​par. You can still see chips on the bumper and you can also clearly see the paint sanding was finished. Also the bumper installation was perfect. I did not have a gap between bumpers and the panel and after the repair, there is clearly a tiny gap in between (really?).
I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends.

The staff at Church Bros are friendly and helpful, and the quality of their work is excellent. They will personally email you daily updates so you can keep track of the repair progress from the comfort of your home. In short, they make being in a crappy situation a whole lot more bearable.

What a great place! No one likes having to get their car fixed and frequently with all the insurance bullcrap going around, the whole experience is rightfully unpleasent. Not here! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly sweet and very helpful while the estimate staff are nice as well. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better group to have work done with.

I went in for a small job, where I came in with the part that needed to be painted and installed. The staff in front, and Josh, my rep was incredibly friendly and helpful The price for the job was exactly the range I wanted to pay, and the work was done in less than a day.

I have lived in Indianapolis for a year now, and sadly I have had to get my car repaired 3 times since! However, Church Brothers makes the sadness of wrecking your car a little less sad! The receptionist was very helpful with getting me in right away for an estimate. The next day they called already to let me know the updates on my car, and it would be finished by tomorrow!!! Their quick service is done efficiently and correctly also. I would suggest Church Brothers to anyone!

Having a need for auto body repair sucks… Church Brothers doesn’t. I was extremely impressed with their staff and how well I was treated. They knew that I was in a hurry to get my truck back, and got the job done well and an entire week early! They also work very well with insurance companies, which makes the process all the easier. I highly recommend their services.

Collision repair is something you never want to have to do, but Church Brothers made it painless and went above and beyond. When my insurance messed up the claim, they even took care of calling to make sure everything was right. I was never in the dark about the status of my car and their response time was impeccable. With service like that, I won’t go anywhere else — not that I want a reason to go back to collision repair shop.

I can’t say that having my car in a repair shop for 3 weeks was a joy. However, the employees at this Church Brothers location made it much less painful. They made sure to contact me with updates, they rushed the repairs and I got my car 6 days earlier than anticipated, and everyone was incredibly professional and friendly.
I would go back there in a heartbeat! I’m incredibly pleased with my experience at this Church Brothers!

Great customer service and they always do the right thing! Can’t ask for better service or a better repair! I’ve used them three times now and won’t use anybody else, not even another Church Brothers!
