Chris Stringer – State Farm Insurance Agent

(I don’t write a lot of positive reviews but I feel the obligation to recognize true professionalism and great service.)
I’ve moved to Zionsville but have no plans on changing my State Farm agent Chris Stringer. Having dealt with 2 car accidents and random issues that require quick response time, these of which have been the motivation for the praise in this review.
Chris is completely accessible, fast to reach and quick to reply. If you call when he is on the phone he will even return missed calls when you don’t care to leave a voicemail. Not to mention, he is quick to email/​fax, whatever the situation needs. He doesn’t just give good service, he goes out of his way to remember you for that personal touch. Big time company making each person feel important, I guess that’s how State Farm rolls. It sounds hokey but it’s not. It nice and it keeps me away from the more economical internet insurance companies.
I would like to compliment his staff but I can’t. I honestly don’t know what they do. As soon as I come in the door I am greeted shortly after by Chris before I can even tell the receptionist why I am there. It’s kinda funny actually… in a good way.
