Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Dr. Christopher A. Burns is originally from Richmond, Indiana. He is a board-​certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon who received his undergraduate and Doctorate in Dental Surgery degrees from Indiana University. After earning his DDS degree, Dr. Burns completed a one-​year General Practice Residency with the United States Navy in San Diego, California. He went on to serve seven years as a Naval Dental Officer, with tours in the Philippines and Newport, Rhode Island. Dr. Burns then completed a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Indiana University Medical Center. Immediately following, he entered into private practice in the Geist area. He also joined his wife, Jill, in a part-​time practice in Richmond, Indiana. He currently practices in both of these locations.

As a dedicated husband and father of three, Dr. Burns has many interests outside of oral surgery. He enjoys sports, music and the performing and culinary arts.
